I have just purchased replacement slats…
I have just purchased replacement slats for vertical blinds. From ordering samples through to receiving the replacement slats, Blindzonline have been outstanding. The samples arrived promptly, I then ordered the slats but forgot to allow for centre opening. I emailed over the weekend with the intention of calling first thing on Monday but by 0905 I had already received an email acknowledgement of my requirement. The blinds arrived very quickly and are now in place. Excellent customer service, I shall be ordering more replacement slats very soon.

Excellent speedy service
I ordered some replacement slats for my vertical blinds. Received a first class service from the ordering of samples through to receiving final product.
Samples received in less than 24 hours and then a couple of days turnaround on the actual replacement slats. Excellent service.

Easy to use site

Lovely looking blinds
The blinds arrived promptly and look lovely in place. There was slight damage to one of the valances but I was reassured by customer service that a new one would be delivered asap.
