I highly recommend this company. Brilliant service.
I wanted replacement slats and a new roller blind. They were so helpful when I rang over measuring the roller blind. Once I had done my measurements I rang back to place my order over the phone. The lady I spoke to was so helpful she took my order and said she would put it all in an email to me with the cost, and if I was happy to let her know and she would put the order through. I was happy with the cost so placed the order. My blinds arrived two days later. I am so pleased with them, and I will definitely deal with this company for any future replacement blinds. I would highly recommend them.

Exemplary customer service!
My products arrived without top-fix brackets but the customer service team was highly efficient in addressing my concern. They sent out the fixtures a few days later as promised. Their pricing is also highly competitive after having gone through several companies of a similar business. I would definitely order from Blindz Online again in the future.

Replacement slats
Made an order to replace all the slats in my home and I’m so pleased with them all. Really high quality, lovely fabric and they look lovely up. Mine took longer than normal to come, but I chose a fabric that was out of stock. They did give me the option to change fabric for a quicker service but I wasn’t in a rush so I waited. Was the fabric had come back into stock, I had them within about a day, so really speedy service. I was kept up to date with everything and any messages were responded to within an hour or so. They were packaged really well for shipping too. I would definitely recommend this company to others and I’m so pleased I chose them.
