In this case, the garment was originally out of stock with our supplier but was quickly restocked allowing us to deliver within the 3 week timeline.

I am very disappointed and unimpressed…
I retract my original email as my first encounter left me kind of sour about a situation in which, I received a damaged uniform. We do not get many uniforms allotted per year and they get a lot of wear and tear. So being down shirts is VERY difficult. After that first initial contact a follow up was done and the team did rectify the situation to the utmost. They took a situation that was quickly going south and made it a great one. Thank you!
