A really great hoover. In the past I've bought Miele cat and dog but these are now SO expensive I bought a Blomberg instead. Haven't had it for long but so far so good - excellent suction, compact and not too heavy.

Our local supplier’s staff are professional, helpful and courteous. From initial sales to installation they were superb. This is the second time we have bought Blomberg equipment and have found the equipment to be reliable and long lasting.

Good quality fridge, nice features with lighted vegetable compartment.

Had a beko previously and was not looking for another one hence buying what I thought was a different brand.Was really disappointed when looking at the label on the inside after it had been installed it was actually another beko.Maybe that should be made clearer to buyers

Point of sale, installation. Only problem was registering 5year guarantee. Got there in the end and the gentleman in Egypt was very helpful.

The supplier of the Blomberg freezer was very efficient and the freezer itself has worked perfectly since purchase.

Excellent fridge freezer. Bought to replace a previous one that needed regular defrosting.

Very poor service when trying to register machine for warranty etc spoke to 7 different people and I still do not know if my machine is registered properly or not

when I registered item it only came up with 3 year warranty when it should have been 5. Getting through to them on phone to sort this out was a nightmare

Purchased this fridge freezer on recommendation from local retailer, and generally it appears to be of reasonable quality. However, the salad drawer broke within a few days, the tabs holding the front on are pitiful and not up to the job. Phoned the helpline to find I was speaking to Hoover/Beko helpline in the UK, who I had to register with because they cannot access anything Blomberg has. after some time was told the parts are on backorder with no idea of when they can send out a replacement. Was advised it was likely to be several months.

Appliances very good and instructions.
Just a shame couple brackets missing from washing machine and took rather too long in sending out replacement for door to be fitted to complete my kitchen

Excellent fridge, I like the adjustable shelves, and although the same size on the outside as my old one, it has a bit more space on the inside.
The installation was flawless, and my short-lived HotPoint was removed.

Seems to be a common issue with registering the Euronics 5 year guarantee. I struggled, being bounced between G&D and Blomberg. I purchased a LRF854311W washer-dryer through a Euronics dealer ( who by the way gave excellent service). Shortly after installation odd metallic debris was noted on clothes. Further investigation revealed on the inside track what can only be best described as like a bullet hole in the metal drum, but the outer plastic casing was intact ? This curling jagged metal (sticking into drum chamber) is suggestive of some forceful impact during manufacture. The machine had to be replaced and now the fun and games start trying to change the serial number on the 5-year warranty. Surprising that Blomberg Q.C. did not pick up this serious defect ?
