This review is difficult to write as is both good and bad. Previous fridge/freezer declared beyond repair after only six and a half years but I’d liked the model and chose the updated version to replace it. Paid extra to have the new one professionally installed but it became clear within 48 hours things weren’t working properly. I’d registered the 3 year warranty on the day it was installed and was given an additional 2 years free. Getting through to anyone able to help became partly a nightmare/partly a restoration of faith in some members of the human race. Was transferred here, there and everywhere, some advisers helpful some not at all. Was cut off numerous times along the way every time an adviser decided the issue had to be transferred to another department. Ridiculous set up and almost a joke if it weren’t so frustrating. Things still not entirely resolved. I have a brand new appliance with an issue that makes me potentially at risk from food poisoning if I don’t continually monitor temperature. As a consumer I shouldn’t have to be doing this! Make of my review what you will … things certainly aren’t as they used to be!!

It took me about 40 minutes on the phone & 5 people on the phone to register the warranty as I don't have Internet, not every person does!!

Love this fridge/ freezer more expensive but great with vitamin care and 5year guarantee worth it!

Really impressed with our fridge freezer. Blomberg wasn't a brand I was familiar with but the extended warranty gave me confidence to purchase and I'm really impressed. Configuration is perfect for our household - best we've had. There are all sorts of functions that I haven't engaged with properly - I just trust it's doing a good job.

Easy to register. Freezer is easy to put in position and set up.

Second Blomberg product very happy

As usual it's customer service that lets companies down. I have tried to register my 5 year warranty but it wouldn't accept the details. Spoke to customer services who were useless and passed me back to the retailer. They tried to register via Blomberg again without success or help. They emailed Blomberg direct and again after 5 days no response. This is just dire customer service with nobody taking on the problem and zero contact from Blomberg.
No wonder people use John Lewis as their customer service is excellent 🤬
