I ordered a bouquet of flowers and chocolate truffles to be delivered the day before Mother's Day, which was confirmed several days prior. On Mother's Day, they emailed to say the order would be delayed by three days. On the day of the delayed delivery they emailed to say they had fulfilment issues and they would be delivering a bouquet of orchards. What arrived was one 'mini' orchard about 2 inches in size. They are refusing to refund me, only offering a resend or credit. After almost 20 emails I'm getting the same cut and paste/AI reply. I'm not sure if actual humans work there but regardless their business and customer service are shocking. Avoid using them at all costs!!

Absolutely terrible service. Please stay away. We ordered a sympathy arrangement for a funeral and upgraded to deluxe as wanted something beautiful. The flowers were wilted, did not look like what we ordered off the site (see pictures) and worst, the arrangement was left ON THE FLOOR of the church. We were horrified when we saw what was delivered as it was for a dear family member. They refused to even give a partial refund (only kept offering a store credit which we don't need as the funeral has passed). I will be opening a dispute with my credit card company. Simply terrible.

Jai commander des fleurs pour faire livrer hier le 30 mai pour livrer chez ma fille pour son anniversaire quant il on reçu mon argent il m'ont dit ne pas livrer dans se secteur cette journée et m'ont dit quil allait livrer le mardi suivant, jai demander un remboursement , il veulent me créditer pour une prochaine commande ou livrer a une autre adresse mais il est trop tard. Je veut etre remboursé car cet eux qui ont mal fait. Je recommendrsi jamais a cette endroit BLOOMEX SERVICE 0 Finalement après plusieurs demandes il m'ont remboursé

I ordered my basket over two weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I receive the same automatic email message that an investigation is going on. ! Do not order from this business

Wish I had checked TP before ordering. I ordered a bouquet for a friend. I received an email saying they did not have the bouquet and were sending an orchid plant and mug instead. Not: would you like to accept this sub or get a refund. Just, this is what we’re doing. You cannot reply to that email, so I wasted time trying to find their CS email. I said I did not want that replacement and wanted refund. I never received an acknowledgement or reply. My friend received the plant and chocolates (do they couldn’t even get that detail right!) and was appreciative but I am furious the company thinks it is okay to just not deliver on what people paid for. Especially with plants where there may be allergies or personal preferences at play. I wish I had ordered from a local flower shop and will never order from this site again.

Delivery delayed, flower arrangement was substituted with a planter basket. If I wanted a basket I would have ordered that.
No option, simply an email apologizing for not reaching out sooner.
Item arrived damaged. Planter basket was warped and won’t sit flat, leaves were broken and soil was leaking out of the basket inside the delivery box.
Called customer services - 4 calls, on hold for 1.5 hours until I finally spoke with someone who assured me they would issue a refund to my credit card.
Received email 3 days later offering a store credit which I declined again asking for a refund by credit card. No reply since so I’m disputing the charge.

Je suis extrêmement déçue du bouquet reçu, puisqu’il ne correspond ni à la photo affichée sur votre site ni à la grandeur commandée. J’ai payé un supplément de 12 $ afin d’obtenir la grande taille du bouquet. Pourtant, le bouquet livré est très petit, peu rempli et n’a absolument pas l’apparence du bouquet annoncé. Les fleurs et les couleurs sont également différentes : il manque notamment les fleurs blanches et l’effet volumineux présenté sur le site.La différence entre le produit annoncé et celui reçu est majeure, surtout considérant le prix payé pour la version “grande”. Le remboursement n'est pas permis et un robot répond aux courriels... Pas moyen d'être écouté comme il se doit. C'est irritant.

Terrible!
I sent a fruit basket to my friend in hospital. Their site said it was delivered but it turns out it never was. After looking for it everywhere I called (had to wait a long time to talk to someone) and they said it was not delivered. After days, they sent it to my house but by then the fruits were no longer fresh.
They gave me a pathetic $20 credit (for future purchases, as if!) for a $100+ stupid basket of apples and oranges for which I had to replace the fruits, deliver myself after 7 days because they couldn't deliver it properly - and spend countless hours trying to figure out what was going on.
If you want to send something to someone you care about, stay away from Bloomex.

Mother’s Day bouquet was 10 days late and they sent a tiny orchid instead of the colourful bouquet I ordered. I paid $78. I asked for a refund a number of times but they ignored my request. They finally delivered the correct bouquet but, like I said, it was 10 days after Mother’s Day.

They are a scam therefore avoid from using. We ordered flowers for mothers day and they did not deliver what we ordered. Instead they sent a few flowers (felt they picked them from an open field) and not near to the value we paid for. When I called their excuse was that they ran out of the flowers we ordered and delivered something else without even asking. I asked them for a refund and they refused to do so. We are taking them to the small claims.

My girlfriend ordered flowers from this shady company last week to be delivered on Sunday for her sister’s birthday. It was a special birthday because it was her 40th. Bloomex accepted the order and charged my girlfriend after she selected the date to be on a Sunday. TODAY. Sunday, they texted her saying that’s the route doesn’t go on my girlfriend’s sister direction, so the flowers would be delivered on TUESDAY!! After my girlfriend told them she wanted a refund, they refused and stopped communication. My girlfriend will report them to the business bureau and we will flood the internet with bad reviews, plus will tell all our friends and family to pass along. DO NOT do business with BLOOMEX, they are thieves. Read ALL the terrible reviews this company has before making an order.

These thieves stole $60 from me, when I put an order to be delivered for my sister today Sunday for her 40th birthday. They took the order, I payed, and then today they sent me an email saying that’s it’s too bad, but they’ll deliver on Tuesday because they don’t deliver on Sundays to her area. I wrote them and asked for a refund and they said NO. I am sorry I never read the reviews before. These people are criminals that make their money scamming customers. Their reviews are terrible all across the board. Do yourself a favor and skip these thieves. I will be reporting them to the appropriate organization. WORST business ever!

⭐️ 1 out of 5 Stars: Unacceptable Service and Disrespectful Customer Care During a Funeral
Do not trust Bloomex for important life events, especially funerals. I ordered arrangements to be delivered on May 21st, and the experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing.

First, one of the arrangements arrived late, after the visitation service had already started, forcing me to spend time on the phone tracking it down while guests were arriving.

Second, and worst of all, I paid $256 for a "supersize" red and white wreath. What they actually delivered was a yellow and white wreath—a product that isn't even listed on their website. To make matters worse, they completely forgot to attach the card to the wreath, leaving no message for the family.

When I called them on May 23rd to complain about receiving the entirely wrong product, their customer service was shockingly dismissive. They hid behind a strict "24-hour notification policy" and insultingly offered me a $20 future store credit. Why would I ever want to spend money with them again? I demanded a full refund because they contractually failed to provide what I ordered, but they refused.

Bloomex takes advantage of people during vulnerable times, delivers whatever they feel like, and then uses fine-print policies to deny accountability. Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting company. I bought my mom a large beautiful bouquet. They sent her dying roses and the bouquet was nothing like what I ordered. They sent her a dying bouquet of ugly roses and other flowers. The size of this ugly bouquet was half the size of the one I purchased. They argued with me, and made me feel like I was wrong despite sending them a picture of the ugly bouquet and the actual one purchased. I could have bought a better bouquet at Wal-Mart!!!! They have the nerve to give me a store credit instead of just sending the bouquet I purchased. I told them to keep their damn store credit. Like I said I could have went to Wal-Mart and bought a better one like I want to order from them again!

The worst online flower purchase ever****
Purchased a Mothers Day arrangement for Mother’s Day and paid extra for “fast” delivery. FedEx label stated deliver May 10…Mother’s Day was May 12th…package arrived May 15th. One flower was broken and many had brown edges. After phoning Cust Service, they said a full refund would be issued (and to email). They said no refund..only a $20 credit after they said there would be a full refund. Bad product and worse service. This company is a rip-off.

If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a bouquet for next day delivery, paid online then was told it could not be delivered for several days! I requested a cancellation - much back and forth; finally sent confirmation it was cancelled. However my credit card was still charged. More time spent trying to connect with customer service. Then told a refund request would take several hours to confirm then several days then a week. I would NOT recommend this company.

I had a VERY disappointing experience with Bloomex. The flowers I received looked nothing like what I ordered online. The arrangement was completely different in style, size, and overall presentation.
Worse, the flowers delivered were visibly old and low quality—some were already wilting and looked like they had been sitting around for days. This was especially embarrassing as they were meant to be a gift.

When you order flowers, you expect them to match what’s advertised and to be fresh. Unfortunately, Bloomex failed on both counts. For the price paid, the service and product quality were unacceptable.

I would NOT recommend ordering from them and will not be using their service again.

il devais livré samedi matin max 10heure s église et finalement j'ai appris qu'ils avaient livré le vendredi soir a 5 heures j'avais expliquer que l'église n'était pas ouverte a pars samedi matin 10 heures

I've had two separate orders, one order was 130.00 the other closer to 160.00 BOTH orders arrived CRAMMED in a box. Crushed, wilted some dead others broken off because of being crammed in a box FFS!!! One order for Mothers Day, the other for my Moms 94th birthday. So two completely separate orders both arrived with GARBAGE flowers. The white paddles on the second order were black and shrivelled... I've been waiting for over a week for a response to my first complaint on mothers day. Today is the 20th and the cowards still haven't responded...

NEVER ORDER FROM BLOOMEX. THEY DON'T GIVE 2 F'S ABOUT YOU... JUST GIVE US YOUR MONEY AND YOU GET WHAT YOU GET!!!

I placed a order last Thurday to be delivered on Saturday paid extra delivery for it to arrive before noon .at 10 am I got a email saying it wouldn't be delivered until Wednesday that's today .still not arrived I emailed them and was told it was still in packaging customer service just says the same thing no real attempt to compensate me for the delivery
