Terrible service and product.
My daughter ordered flowers for Mothers Day, arriving 4 days late and already browning & not even the same arrangement she ordered.
They make whatever they decide on.
I see better flowers in our local grocery store.
This company should be ashamed of themselves.

My daughter ordered me flowers for Mother's Day. She ordered a beautiful arrangement of roses, lilies and some other lovely blooms. Paid extra for delivery on the day. Two days after the promised date of delivery I received a basket of 3 kalanchoes instead of the arrangement ordered. A much cheaper item than she paid for. They will not refund her money and say she can have a credit but they would make her pay delivery fee...again!

Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for mother's Day. They were to be delivered on the Sunday, and didn't show up. My parents were only visiting at the house. I had the flowers delivered to for the weekend so I contacted bloomex and requested them not to be delivered to that address as there would be nobody there to accept them. I requested a refund as they were not delivering the flowers on time and also sent me an email saying the flowers I requested and paid for were not available so they would send a different bouquet. To me, that's not acceptable. They said they could not refund my money and would be delivering the flowers anyway.
The flowers showed up to the house but not till Wednesday. There was no knock at the door when the flowers were delivered. They were left at the door. The flowers were an extremely small bouquet of only a few Flowers (not $90 worth). A fraction of the amount I got when I ordered from a local florist. Don't ever use this company. It's an absolute waste of time and money!
Fyi, they did ghost my requests and messages after the my request for a refund.

Order a nice bouquet from picture but got flowers probable from a backyard. I will never ordered from them again They refunded only $19.99 from $93

I placed an order for a mothers day delivery on Friday May 8. I was told it would be delivered by Tuesday May 12 at the latest (after mothers day) - I received a message that it was cancelled due to being damaged during transit. They claim to have resent and that it would be delivered by Friday May 15 - nothing - I called for a refund and they explained that they cannot refund as it was already sent - although NOT delivered = and the account comments clearly state CANCELLED! last time I use this company

Ordered flowers for my mom 2 days before Mother’s Day, they guaranteed delivery on Mothers Day. 4 days after Mother’s Day, still no delivery…can’t call, they keep hanging up, and they don’t respond to emails. They put the address on the inside of the box, so purolator couldn’t see the address. They were dead upon arrival, and the flowers were definitely not $100 worth. No refund. Don’t respond. Garbage company, should go out of business!

My experience with this site will be my last. I ordered flowers for mothers day over a week before the date, to arrive a day before. They never arrived. I contacted customer service (what an ordeal) finally they told me delays would have them arriving a day or to late, no offer of a discount or refund of any kind. It is now a whole week after mothers day, multiple attempts at dealing with customer service and absolutely nothing. If I could give a 0 star review I would.

1 star is generous, should be a -3. Website promises delivery by X date and then order is still 2+ days late. On top of that, what arrives is NOTHING like what you ordered (think 1 flower instead of a bouquet). They ignore your attempts to contact them and then refuse to refund you. Total scam business, go somewhere else!!!!

Ordered for one or two day delivery. Arrived 6 days later not looking at all like what was shown.
Customer service ceased communication and offered no resolution.
Heartbreakingly lost nearly $100 in this transaction.
This company should not be allowed to exist.

Ordered one week ahead of time for delivery on Mothers Day. I was notified the day before that the flowers could not be delivered until two days after Mothers Day.
No refund available.
And then…was notified they could not provide what I ordered because they ran out due to Mothers Day. Again, no refund was provided. The alternative they delivered my Mother was a small miniature orchid worth less than half what I paid!

Garbage is best describes quality of flowers sent and customer service is horrible. They do not live up to promises

Horrible service !! My mother had passed away in March and I wanted to send the care home she was in some flowers in her memory as a thank you. I placed an order for Mother’s Day on Friday May 8. I got an email that said because I placed an order on short notice, it would be delivered between Sunday May 10 and Tuesday May 12. I accepted that response due to the timing. Later that day, I got another email saying the order had been confirmed. On Wednesday May 13, I got an email saying the order status had changed and they were refunding the money to me. The following day I got yet another email saying they had cancelled my order and were refunding my purchase. WHAT !?! Just because it was late doesn’t mean I didn’t want it delivered. Better late than never ? If it was going to be delivered after Tuesday, an email and a discount code would have sufficed. Never will use this service ever again.

We tried this company again, gave it a second chance.
And still useless. Poor communication, delays upon delays upon delays, their prices are way too high for what your getting and having to deal with.

My son & daughter in law in Wpg ordered flowers for me on Mothers Day, we live in Kingston, Ont. They called me in the afternoon May 10th wishing me a Happy Mothers Day and asked if I liked the flowers? I did NOT get any! needles to say we were all upset, they paid a lot of money and felt they got scammed, so did I, spoiled our day, on Tuesday around 4 pm May 12, I got a Purolator box delivery from Bloomex with fresh wilted cheap looking bouquet? worth about $20!, they came from Saint-Laurent, QC! How stupid is that? we live in Kingston. They should get a full refund and I will tell everyone never order anything from Bloomex, they also lied to my son and said they were delivered for Mothers Day1

I ordered flowers for a unwell family member for delivery the next morning which was a Friday I paid what was due

I received a message on the Friday stating we sorry but your postal code only now delivers Tuesday to Friday in your area
I replied this is unacceptable as time of ordering it advised next day will be delivered and I paid a priority time slot payment as well
They advised so sorry I cannot cancel as flowers are in transit already, 4 days in transit???
Then they advised can you contact your recipient of the flowers and tell them not to accept the flowers and then we can then see and start a potential refund

I responded so you want me to contact recipient of the flowers that she doesn’t know she’s receiving to make her feel well to not except flowers from me ??
I said this is unprofessional and an inappropriate response to not receiving a refund !!!
I have not received a reply or refund
How inconsiderate and lack of empathy for a sensitive delivery of flowers to a sick loved one !!!!

This company is the absolute worst. Not only was it delivered 2 days late for Mother's day, there were no blooms on the basket just some beat up plants I could've picked up at a second rate grocery store for a fraction of what I paid for this train wreck. Stay away from these grifters!!
P.S. they don't refund, they hide.

I am beyond disappointed with the service and product quality. I placed a $200+ in advance yet the company failed to notify me of a delay until the delivery date had already passed. They had actually lied to me and told me they were in transit the day of until i called the following day, The earliest they could deliver was FOUR DAYS LATE. Since I needed the flowers for a specific date, I called to cancel. I was told I wouldn't receive a refund—only a $20 credit
The customer service experience was even worse.

Refund Policy: They refused to refund my $200 payment, offering only a $20 credit for a delay that was entirely their fault.• Management: I was denied the chance to speak to a supervisor over the phone and was told to wait 48 hours for an email response, which ultimately yielded no resolution.

Quality: The flowers arrived four days late and in terrible condition, appearing wilted and heat-damaged, they looked like they had been sitting in a hot van the entire time.

This is unacceptable business practice. I expected professional service for the price I paid, but instead, I received dead flowers and a refusal to refund an unfulfilled "next-day" promise.

Not delivered when promised, numerous times. Customer service in almost unreachable, unless you have hours to waste.

What a beautiful bouquet and great delivery service
BUT what a disappointment after only three days more than half of flowers were dead 😵
Feel sorry for my daughter who spend a lot of money on such a gorgeous arrangement.
Not worth what she paid for for sure .

My Mothers beautiful bouqet of flowers sat on a Purlator Truck for two days, guess how they arrived? Dead.

Order from a local place, this company is so terrible.
