Timely delivery, delivered on time

I placed an order for a flower arrangement with an upgrade, expecting a fuller, higher-quality bouquet based on what was advertised on the website. Unfortunately, what was delivered fell significantly short of both the advertised product and the upgrade I paid for.
Several critical items were missing or misrepresented:
• The decorative balloon I paid for was not included
• The vase does not match the description (“shimmering lavender-frosted vase”) — I received a plain clear round vase instead
• The arrangement contains only 3 roses instead of the variety shown online, with basic filler flowers rather than substituting for same value or higher flowers. And apparently 3 roses is an upgrade? Definitely not what the photo shows.

• The color palette and overall presentation do not reflect the soft, coordinated tones promised.

While the delivery was prompt, which I appreciated, the final product does not represent the value I paid for. The company’s response that “nothing can be done” about a paid upgrade that wasn’t delivered is deeply disappointing. This is particularly frustrating because I specifically chose this service to send a high-quality gift.
I cannot in good conscience recommend this service when advertised products and paid upgrades are not honored, and customer concerns are dismissed without resolution.

My rating is more to do with the deception and customer service with canadaflowers.ca
I purchased a bouquet for a family member and we went for the most expensive option to have the fullest bouquet! The recipient was happy to receive but when she sent a photo I was surprised to see that it was far less full than expected. I decided to reach out to the company as I was surprised. They explained that it was actually perfect and the pictures online display all flowers included pushed to one side so your bouquet will look half as full when balanced in a vase. NO WHERE on the purchase page is this noted for consumers to be aware of. Purposely deceptive, a simple small note with an asterix would suffice to clarify this for consumers. Buyers beware! They didn't care about the feedback and didn't respond.

delivery arrived on scheduled day, contacted me day previous re flower colour that was no longer in stock so change could be made in time

This was my first time ordering flowers online and I was really happy with the service. My cousin was extremely excited when he opened the door because no one has ever sent him flowers before.

Sounds like the flowers were beautiful but they were delivered a day early, before the residents were back from holidays. Good thing it was mild out because they were left outside.

Recepient was very happy with the arrangement.

Flowers were delivered the next day after I ordered at 4:30 in the late afternoon. And they looked just like the picture that was shown. Couldn’t be happier that they brought joy to my cousin.

Three times I have used Canada flowers and love the colors, flower options and add-ones. Bouquets in all three delivers were perfect and beautiful.

It was very easy to place the order & get flowers to my Aunt in hospice for her to enjoy. They brightened up her room. I live too far away to see her so this was all I could do for her. Thanks for the great service.

The arrangement was excellent as were the selection, size and shape of the flowers. The florist definitely knows their craft.

Ordering was fairly simple, the website was user friendly, which I like. There were plenty of choices and prices. I like that you can upgrade, adding more flowers. My order was received on time and my sister loved it! My only problem is that it doesn't look at all like the photo I chose. Still, she loved it. (I wish I could show you photos). Despite the discrepancy, I will order again.

Ordering process was good. Delivery was done later at night .. much later than expected. There was no communication that flowers were delivered, even though I had called and followed up and asked for there to be a delivery confirmation
