BUYER BEWARE!
Had a terrible experience with this company! Needed flowers for a memorial service on a Sunday. Placed the order prior to their Saturday 11am cut-off (day before). Plus, in order to guarantee my Sunday delivery, I was charged an extra $9.99 specifically for a Sunday delivery. This was on top of an already steep delivery fee of $19.99 ($30 for delivery of 1 bouquet).

I ordered over the phone bc I felt that I needed to articulate to a human directly that the flowers were for a memorial service. It's Sunday afternoon delivery or nothing. I understand that sometimes things go wrong...so I made it very clear that if the delivery was not made on Sunday afternoon, please cancel the order (I tried to add it to the contact...but they refused).

Several times Sunday afternoon, I tried to check the "status of order" link in my email confirmation. The link brought me to a page with just a sign-in. Not even a " forgot password" option. I was prompted for a username and password. Unfortunately, I never created a username or password bc I ordered over the phone. So, I decided to click on the customer service link on the confirmation email. Shockingly, it took me to the same exact page. Huh?!?! Finally, I called the company directly. Luckily, a human answered! But, it was their sales team. Evidently, their customer service team left for the day, at 4pm PST. Only their sales team is available after hours, ready to take those new orders. So, I was left guessing whether my flowers showed up...didn't feel it was appropriate to ask the deceased's family the day they put their son/brother into the ground.

Finally, I received a call that the delivery person could not find the location and that I should call them back at the number provided as soon as possible. This was MONDAY at 4:11pm PST. I called back the number they left at 4:15pm...less than 4 minutes after they called. Guess what...it was after 4pm PST and only their sales team was available. No one on the customer service team was available. I explained they called me 4 minutes ago at 4:11pm. They explained they left and there was absolutely nothing they could do about it. Aaaargh!

So, I decided to write the company an email. I explained what happened. I purchased a bouquet for a memorial service. I paid an extra $9.99 for a Sunday delivery. I very clearly instructed the company to cancel my order if the delivery was not completed that Sunday afternoon. I stated that I would understand if I was charged for a bouquet that was created Sunday, but the bouquet was not even created until Monday. The flower shop they used was closed and didn't even start the work on the bouquet until Monday. Why was the bouquet not cancelled? Why was I charged in full for flowers I clearly could not use.

Received a response in about 8 hours...I was offered a $5 refund on my next purchase. LOL!!!! The best part...they would not even refund me the $9.99 that I paid extra specifically for a Sunday delivery! Seriously!!! Hahaha! What a terrible company.

The choices are all so wonderful! Setting up an account was easy and ordering was even easier!!! Great pick for someone who doesn't live in the same state as the person you want to send arrangements too.

That being I didn’t realize I was shopping in USD. So my $90 turned to $126.

I ordered a bouquet of yellow daisies in a yellow smiley mug. What I got was white lilies and a couple yellow roses in a grey vase.

When I raised my concerns they said or website says we will substitute. Our website says your shopping in USD. They weren’t wrong. It’s just in the small print at the bottom of the page.

Use caution is all I am saying.

So far so good hope delivery goes as easy and simple as ordering and paying
