Scam.. No delivery n no refund

Fraudsters. They didn't give me refund and didn't even deliver the parcel.

very bitter experience. I lost my money, no refund and no delivery done. I feel like a spam. They gave a mail saying my flowers delivered, but nothing delivered.the number in the website also not working. It is a fraud website. please do not order from here

No option for zero stars, ordered a floral arrangement. It was not delivered and just changed status to delivered when lodged complaint no refund or no delivery

Bloomsvilla does not deserve even the 1 star!! It is a total scam, especially without any customer contact number provided.
I ordered a bouquet for my parents on their anniversary, which was delivered 3 days later. Firstly there was no response to my mails when the bouquet was not delivered and when I insisted on a refund they gave additional charges to which I had agreed just so that they don't get away with it.
When later they delivered it after 3 days, the flowers were drooping and not fresh(my parents sent me a pic), which I shared the pic with their support team and now they are justifying to the fact that they have delivered the order.
Very unprofessional and a total waste of money.

Fraudulent Service
I placed an order for flowers and chocolates on February 13, 2025, expecting it to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. However, on February 14 night, I received a message stating that my order was delivered—but in reality, it never arrived! Despite making an online payment, I have not received my order, and there has been no proper response from customer service.

After checking reviews, I noticed that many others have faced the same issue. This seems to be a pattern of fraudulent behavior, and I urge all affected customers to take action against this company. If you have also been scammed, let’s come together and report them to the relevant consumer protection authorities in Bangalore.

This company cannot be trusted. Avoid ordering from them unless you want to lose your money!

Scam...fraudsters....didn't deliver my order and there is no way one can contact them

I ordered flower for my girlfriend on valentines day which costs more than 1000rupee for few flower and i was excited about my girlfriend’s but bloomsvilla totally broke my heart on special occasion.. my order id is BV24224434 … please never ever book flower or anything from this shitty site no 1 fraudulent people

I ordered flowers and chocolate, but never got the delivery. Sent mutiple complaints via email but no response. When contacted via phone, the guy asked me abt my GPay account balance and asked me to download remote desk app. Fraud company scamming people, please share and report as much as possible so the authorities will shut them down for good

They are a set of irresponsive and unresponsive people, who make false commitments and lure customers with commitments that they do not meet.
After showing on their website that my order for flowers (No. BV24224244) would be delivered between 6pm to 9pm on February 14, 2025, there has been no delivery.
I have paid INR 5,879 for this order and also raised a complaint at their site to which there has been no response.
The very purpose for which I had placed this order on the basis of the timelines stated on their website was not met, as now it is too late to deliver the flowers.
They have not responded to my emails and the number provided for their customer care is not functional.

Crooks, frauds, scam artists!! Do not order from Blossoms or Bloomex..all part of the same disgusting companies that steal your money and pretend to be local florists but in fact operate from foreign call centers. They source a local florist to process their orders, take a big cut, charge you american dollars even if you live in Canada and ignore your concerns. They lie!

Totally a SCAMMER, I ordered four things from this site to get them delivered but after the payment was done from my side, they didn’t respond nor delivered the items. Stay away from these SCAM websites

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Customer Service!

I placed an order with Bloomsvilla expecting timely delivery, but it was never delivered. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I received zero response from their team. Their customer service number is non-functional, making it impossible to reach them.

This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you value your time and money, avoid ordering from Bloomsvilla—they take your payment but don’t deliver or respond. I am now forced to escalate this issue through consumer forums and request a chargeback from my bank.

Can't give anything lesser than one star, but one is also too much.
Order was not delivered on the specified day. The next day they said delivery fee of Rs. 500 more to be paid. Obviously I asked for a cancellation and refund because the occasion had passed. They wanna charge Rs. 200 cancellation fee. What??!!!

You have not delivered the gift as displayed in your site. That too it was of substandard quality, n very late delivery, instead of morning it was delivered at night, There is no customer care number also to interact

This company is a complete scam! They promise beautiful bouquets, but deliver low-quality, wilted flowers. No customer support, no refunds. Avoid this company at all costs!

They are cheats...I selected my deliveries and gave the address, basis which they showed the costing. I paid, order was accepted. It was an anniversary occasion. They did not deliver and 'contact us' phone number was also not functional. It reflected badly on me. Now I have been chasing up on mail to refund and they are refusing even that. They say either pay extra and we will deliver..which has no meaning as the occasion is long gone..the other option is they deduct some amount and do a partial refund. This is the way they are making money...not be honest deliveries..please do not use them. Have raised this on other social media platforms as well, awaiting response from them
