Terrible experience. Had placed an order, it never came, and they were scheduled to provide a refund. I have called several times. I recommend buyer beware and find another source. I will not use this company again.

Frustrating experience setting up the account (had to re-enter at least 4, probably 5 times with no clear-cut indication of reason had to repeat.) I am a new customer but the code for 10% discount for first order, "RSAM26", was responded to with a message that the code had expired. Unnecessary irritation!
However, I was happy to be able to replace my Right Wrist and thumb brace with the model I have been using but lost.

The website was easy to navigate and the options of items for my needs was more than I have ever seen available without a doctor office having to order it for me. Checkout was a breeze.

Fraudulent activity
The Shipping Policies on the storefront website list:
• Economy Shipping: Most orders are delivered in 5-7 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Most orders are delivered in 3-5 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: The fastest option available, most orders placed before 2:30 pm EST are delivered in 2-3 business days.
Among various other delivery options.
During checkout, the only option available is Economy. When I phoned Customer Service to inquire about Expedited Shipping, they told me some time ago they decided to go with just one shipping method. It has been over a week since the order was placed with no indication of delivery status.
I needed a medical device delivered on a timely basis and so purchased an item based on this company's posted availability and shipping information. Like many other complaints submitted by customers, they have not abided by their own published terms. Repeated communications with customer service to determine delivery information have all gone unanswered. These other customers have also indicated that they have great difficulty with refunds for their undelivered purchases.
Rehab-Store.com (Health Products for You) operates in a highly unethical manner causing delays and lack of fulfillment for orders to people who have genuine health issues for which they need prompt support. Furthermore, they make the reimbursement process an exasperating ordeal. Such abuse is reprehensible and should not be allowed to continue. Operations which take advantage of health care issues to lie, cheat, steal and scam individuals need to be eradicated.

Was easy to order now to wait until it arrives so I can see how good it is...

Easy to navigate

The neoprene dumbbells I have ordered from rehabstore are of great quality. The different colors for each weight level makes it easy, as I use different weights for different exercises. Prices are reasonable and they shipped quickly to me.

The code "RSAM26" that I was given, upon entering your site and entering my email to sign up, said it was "expired", when I entered it upon immediate checkout. I looked at your site again, and saw scrolling pictures of some other items for sale, and saw code "RSNMi26" in one of the pictures. I randomly tried entering that code, and that one worked. Fortunately. Then I put my Billing Address, but a different Shipping Address in, and selected PayPal. On PayPal, it showed being shipped to my Billing Address, which was incorrect. PayPal said that I could not change it on PayPal, because that was the address that the vendor sent to them, and if I wanted to change it, I had to go back to the vendor and change it. The only way I could get it to ship to the separate Shipping Address was to change the Billing Address to the Shipping Address, but also leave the "Ship to a Different Address." At least I got it done. Hope they are good products, after all this. P.S.- And I don't like the fact that, when asked to leave a Review, TrustPilot already had the "Marketing" and "Targeting" options selected on the cookies for Settings. Fortunately, I first went to Manage Settings and changed (turned off) those optional settings.
