These Scumbags took my order billed me and then nothing. After two months I called they told me the items were backordered. After that I was never able to get a hold of them, the products were never shipped, and the money was never returned. Stay away from these crooks.

A walker was backordered so I cancelled the order. They charged my credit card immediately and two weeks later I am still waiting for a refund to my credit card. Very shady, I've had to file a complaint with my bank.

Website is not user-friendly.
I do not like having to purchase a package of two when I only have use for one item. Business ethics?

I did not receive the product despite multiple messages over phone that were not returned, talking to someone in person who told me it wasn’t in stock but would be in a week but then no notification of shipment. The email does not accept replies. When I asked for a refund, they told me they had to check with the shipping company and couldn’t issue a refund if it had been shipped but I had no notification of shipment. They wanted me to call the next day but I asked that they look into it same day and said that they could not do that.

I ordered what I believed to be a simple item which I could get at Walmart or any CVS store. This was January 12th. Today is January 24th and I have not received an email or any communication from this company. I would rather pay full price than to deal with an organization that behaves like this.

Ordered a cervical traction machine on Jan 3. Credit card was charged the $369 right away. I finally received a confirmation email on January 8 saying they would email me when the item shipped. By January 16 I still did not receive any information and the site showed my order only as “open” so I called them. The customer service agent appeared to be in another country and had a strong accent. He told me he didn’t know what was going on, then backpedaled and said the item was going to arrive to me in 3-5 days. I asked if it that meant it was already shipped , and he said no. He went on to say it looks like the item was backordered. I asked them how he suddenly knows that when at first he had no information, and how he now knows when it will be in and he said he didn’t. I then asked how he could tell me I would receive it in 3-5 days if he didn’t even know where it was and they had not even gotten in yet…he still insisted I should get it in 3-5 days or maybe sooner 🤔. I said I would like to cancel the order and after difficulty he did agree to cancel it. He gave me a confirmation number for the cancelation and said in 24 business hours I would receive a cancelation email followed by a refund in 5-7 days. I called back later to double check that the cancelation was actually processed because the call was very shady. Another person answered and very rudely told me that I needed to wait 24 hours before I would see the item listed as “cancelled” in my account. It’s now January 23. It’s been over a full week and my account still lists the order as “open” and I have not received any emails stating the order is cancelled or a refund. It looks like my next step is to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I’m very frustrated because I have severe neck pain and the spinal surgeon gave me a prescription for this. I’m scared to order it somewhere else and end up with 2 machines and not be able to return it.

You offered a 15% discount for providing my email address, but you didn’t give me a way to apply it. The shipping charge is unreasonable.

They lie and say they'll send you the item but lo and behold, it never shows up. So, you call them and they tell you that it will arrive in one week. Please. Place is a scam. I hope I get my money back.

Product is great.

Placed an order for a high dollar ($1400) unit. Offered discounts wouldn't apply at checkout. Final charge over $1500.

A week later, no shipping confirmation, no tracking.
Placed a call and was told sorry for the delay, we're packing your item right now for shipping, will send tracking soon.
Another week goes by with no anything.
I called again, they said the shipper was having issues with my address, which is the same one I get all my UPS (Amazon) and fedup deliveries at. I then offered them two other addresses as well.
3 days later I get a call from some red dot somewhere on the other side of the planet wanting verification of my address.
I then sent them an email and said you're obviously drop shippers, and I want my money back, or I'll open a paypal dispute as well as file a report with BBB.
They replied: Thanks for reaching out, we'll send tracking as soon as we get it.
At four weeks I opened a dispute at paypal providing all info and emails, and stated again to the seller I wish for a refund. In the meantime I ordered from a different authorized distributer, learning that Rehab had jacked up their selling price $500!

Three days after I started the dispute, I received a reply at paypal, and an email at 10:30 pm containing a fedup tracking number.
I decided to check it, only to find that the pkg was already delivered at 1:00 pm that same day.
I have not opened it, and left it right in the same delivery box they shipped it to, then went back to paypal to escalate a refund from these stating all the new facts emphasising the poor performance of this outfit.
It's my hope that paypal whacks them for not refunding when asked twice then shipped anyway.
Further, I hope paypal refunds the full amount and tells me to just keep it.

They took my order and ignored it for almost 3 weeks.
I found out that the item was back ordered ONLY once I called them. I almost missed surgery because of this. Terrible.

Over 5 week delay in sending product.
2 emails requesting explanation.
Finally requested order cancellation.
2 days later, receive email stating order has SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS, 5 states away.
Company refuses to refund $122.
DO NOT BUY from these assholes.

I should have read these reviews before I placed my order. I placed my order and received an order confirmation, but over a week later had not received a shipping notice or any other communication. I called customer service and was told there was a delay, but the agent could not give me a shipping timeline. I requested the order be cancelled at that point and I received a cancellation confirmation email, stating the refund would be processed in 3-5 business days. After about 8 business days I had to reach out again, and at that point received another message with the same 3-5 time frame for refund. Thankfully this time it is processing. In the meantime I ordered the same thumb brace from Amazon and received it the next day.

Dymatize mass gainer chocolate protein powder was advertised 12 lbs $52 on the Google search link. On the website, it showed 6 lbs only. They give a generous discount of 15 dollars on a 200% market-priced item. Caution!
