Fake and a Scam - unfortunately, did not look at these reviews before ordering. Received a message via email to say that they do not deliver to the area or city that I wanted them to and that they will issue a gift card.
I said I needed a refund and no answer and there is
No contact number online either.
Can this company be reported as a scam so, action can be taken by authorities?

I had ordered for my sisters bday and no one delivered and when I raised the complaint I get auto email response only. No one even bothered to resolve the ticket. Disappointing with such services no one delivered or refunded he amount. Also phone number mentioned is not website isnt working

Missed delivering the flowers and gifts on the day of. If I hadn’t followed up, it would never have been delivered. Bloomsvilla never owned up their mistake, no apologies, nobody got back to me as a follow up. Money was deducted right away when the order was placed. So disappointing. Never ordering again.

Please, PRETTY PLEASE don't bother using their services. Its absolute rubbish! They didn't email me about the cost of the additional delivery fee, I had to get back to them to ask why there is a delay in my order. Then they threw the delivery cost at me telling me we live in outskirts (which is completely untrue). They are unprofessional and will leave you with an unfortunate mental after state.

I ordered without checking reviews and there was no delivery, you can't reach them on call and they don't reply on mail.

They are frauds. They will take your money and never deliver your products. If you follow up they will send robotic reply.

Non competency to its full. Unfortunately I ordered with them didnt deliver on the date desired. Their website havd a contact number which is not working. The tracking option is not working as well. Complete disaster.Dont order with them

Bloomsvilla is poorly managed. They didn’t deliver my order on the event date and only responded the next day—after I asked for an update—demanding an extra ₹300 for delivery! Showing a lack of accountability and professionalism. Pathetic service. Even the email communications made were unprofessional. Highly not recommended.do not trust them to surprise your special people... It's not their cup of tea!

Ridiculous company - dont know if they take the trust pilot reviews seriously. Took money and on the date of delivery they are saying its outside service area.PLease dont use this website

They are such a fraud, doing scam to people with taking payments and not giving order

It is clearly a Fraud company , They didnt deliver my order # BV24223488 and updated the status as delivered on their website
I tried calling the customer care number mentioned in their website but the phone number doesnt work .
I raised Incident 56822 and emailed to their customer care and asked for the proof of delivery , they didnt respond .
After asking for refund , they mentioned to provide gift card with the order value as compensation, but till date didnt receive the Gift card or refund
To further delay the process of refund , after few days they emailed a handwritten address in some rough paper and a fake signature claiming that the order is delivered. Which company uses this unprofessional pod with handwritten note
Now they refuse to give any refund or gift card

Fraud company. Did not deliver product on day of occasion and kept saying that the order is in progress. No concept of customer service. My complaint id is 56485. No refund. No delivery. Took my money and no response.

If I had a chance to give rating in negetive I would. They are fraud people. Snatch money from pocket of people and don't deliver the orders

Spam site. Please don’t order anything. Fake. How long they will survive like this. No delivery. No refund, not even reply for the mails.

Absolutely terrible experience with Bloomsviall. My order never arrived, and despite multiple follow-ups, I was given false information about the delivery status. They promised a refund but never processed it. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. This company is utterly unreliable and cheats people – avoid it at all costs!
