Terrible experience. Late delivery and poor quality products and services.

There are several websites scamming people with gifts delivery. They target people from outside India who cannot make it for a special occasion with there loved ones.. please verify each website you use before making payment. The first red light is, irrespective of what you select if same day delivery is possible then it's your first clue that it a scam. Check for Google verified reviews..the more easy and attractive the site is the more likely it is a scam. Be careful.

They charged me but didn't deliver the cake and flowers.

Placed an order for 1575Rs, never delivered, They crook and a fraud company. Save your money and locally

Ordered flowers for mother’s day with same day delivery-option. Never got them delivered and order status says delivered. No contact info on the site and the the number given is fake. No replys to email.

I ordered a bouquet of Tulip flowers for delivery on Mother's day. It was not delivered and on writing an email I was first told that delivery has been made (it was not) then immediately they came back to say you could alternatively get Roses delivered as Tulips were not available. I agreed to that, but that was also never delivered.
I wrote back again today inquiring about it, but the reply again is that your order was delivered- it has not been delivered. Now they are offering me a gift voucher which I am not willing to take.
Not very hopeful that this will be resolved but would be interested to write to the organization heads personally as well.

Extremely disappointed with Blooms Villa.
Placed an order for cake and flowers for a special occasion, and not only was the delivery never made, but there was also zero communication from their side. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, no one responded, and worst of all, there was no apology or attempt to resolve the issue. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend this service to anyone who values their time, money, or the importance of making someone feel special.
Avoid at all costs.

I previously had a great experience with Bloomsvilla, but this time has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order on May 11th for delivery on May 12th. After multiple emails, I finally received a response on May 14th stating that the order had been delivered, though I never received anything.
They then offered me a gift card and suggested canceling the order. I clearly stated that I neither want to cancel the order nor accept a gift card, I simply want either a refund or my order delivered. After asking for my address and order details again, they came back two hours later saying the order is "on hold."
At this point, I’m completely confused by their handling of the situation. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

I placed an order on 09/12/25 for Mothers day to deliver flowers on 11/05/25. It wasnt delivered on the day plus I contacted them through email and they informed that it will be delivered soon coz its in regional area, I have to pay extra charges. When we book a delivery and give details the shipping cost will raise normally. Its been 6 days not even delivered and when I asked for refund, I have to pay cancellation fee. This site is a big scam, everyone please avoid using them. After all that, they send an email saying we deliverd with a smile. Its a big scam going around.

Oh... This site is a Big Scam, they said the item ordered was delivered, but it never happened, the recipient did not recieved at all, this is a Liar website, never ever purchase any of thier services, I wish to read first thr comments before buying.

I ordered Cake for My parents anniversary.they deducted amount and not delievrred and not replying for mails also.please don't trust this site. Fraud.....

Ordered for mother's day and instantly paid but the gift hasn't reached and they not even replying and the contact number is not available,they are cheating people of their money

This is a fraudulent website. I have complained to Google and on Instagram too…I am currently out of India and it’s tough but you people are in India… can you post their website and crime on cybercrime.gov.in so other people are saved from being cheated and duped.

I have already lodged a complain with google to take their website off… they are thieves and cheats and I have also lodged with cybercrime may be once they are arrested we will have hope of getting our refunds

My package was delivered a day late. The company is non responsive to emails or messages, even phone calls. However, not a scam or fraud. Just poorly managed.

This is a fraud site, please do not order anything, they take money and do not deliver anything nor do they respond on customer service. Fraud
