Very poor service of bloomsvilla. They accepted my order without informing that my area is not in their delivery zone. They have mention that same day delivery in all over india. Ishared full address and pincode, but they didn’t inform me that delivery was not available in my area.After waiting the whole day, they cancelled in the evening and now want to deduct ₹200/10% for refund. Totally unfair. Not recommended.

They are fraud. Took extra charges for midnight delivery and not delivered anything even after two days whereby app says delivery done . I am filling police complaint.

Bloomsvilla is a fraudster company. 1. Their website has both billing and shipping addresses in different sections but while using Apple Pay the shipping address is not taken into the system I guess. Despite placing an order 2 weeks before, just before 1 day they came back saying there is no shipping address. I immediately responded and provided the address. It’s been 7 days and the delivery is still not made
2. They have the worst tracking system. You can raise a complaint only once and the resolution is never updated
3. They don’t have a number to contact and express your concerns.
4. They don’t refund your money back when delivery is missed or if there is an issue on their system
5. Email responses are very slow.

I would never recommend this website to anyone. Importantly the company is registered in Gujarat where all the fraudsters are registered. So never buy anything from here.

Dear all, bloomsvilla is very worst site.
I ordered cake and bookies on my wife birthday (amount was 3000 plus) but bloomsvilla not able to delivered at same date and next day they delivered, then no meaning, then i raise the complaint to refund but no refund

So please don't order from bloomsvilla

Ordered flowers for my wife as a surprise, did not deliver and when I told I would move to consumer court, they deducted some amount and gave some refund

My order number was : BV24234336. We find the quality of the fruit very poor. Bananas were ripened.
The order did say exotic fruit as well but we found none.
The delivery was promised 3 hours after order but was delivered almost after 8 days. Next day, BloomsVilla said that the destination address was not provided, then how come order placement was successful without any destination address? Poor management and poor professionalism.
When I requested for refund since order was not delivered on 8th day, they immediately delivered it. What does it shows? Were you waiting for customer’s message? I genuinely did not wanted the service after 8 days. It ruined the gesture I wanted to show to my father after he got discharged from the hospital.
On top of that, delivery note was spoken to the recipient, it was supposed to be written on nice paper or card and delivered along with the fruit basket. What a mockery.
The packaging should have been in cane basket as shown in picture but turned out to be in cardboard box which was not aesthetically appealing.

Worst experience. It's a fraudulent company. It should be shut down. Case should be filed against this company. They take the money and never deliver the product. They have mentioned wrong customer care number. It's very disheartening. They play with the sentiments of the customer. They should be reported and sent behind the bars.

It is Fradulent company! I have placed an order for Rakhi. Still not yet delivered. If I ask they are mentioning courier product

Terrible experience — avoid this site at all costs.
I placed an order with BloomVilla for my mother's 85th birthday, and it was never delivered. I received a confirmation email along with payment confirmation, but after that, there was complete silence. No delivery, no updates, and no response to multiple follow-up emails.

To make things worse, when my cousin tried calling the number listed on their site, it was unreachable. I spent ₹4,500 on the order and added a 5% tip for the delivery person, bringing the total to ₹4,780 — all wasted.

This was meant to be a special moment for my mom, and BloomVilla completely ruined it. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to stay away from this site.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any service. I paid extra for a specific delivery time slot because I had a tight schedule and guess what? They never showed up. No call, no update, nothing. Just radio silence.

Tried contacting them multiple timesemails, calls, messages. Not a single response. It’s like they took my money and vanished. No apology, no explanation, no refund. Just a careless attitude like they couldn’t be bothered.

This company clearly doesn’t care about their customers once they’ve taken your money. Unprofessional, unreliable, and outright disrespectful. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to pay for absolutely nothing and be treated like you’re invisible. Total scam vibes

Purely scamming company!!… takes money n scams people !!!!

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order, paid in full, and never received a thing. When I followed up, the support team gave me nothing but vague responses, couldn’t provide delivery proof, refused to share contact details, and kept dodging the refund request.

I even checked with building security and reviewed the CCTV footage — nothing was delivered. They have the audacity to offer a useless gift card instead of giving my money back. Seriously?? This company is a scam, and their customer service is a joke.

I wouldn’t trust them with a single dirham. Avoid this site at all costs unless you enjoy being robbed and lied to. I’m sharing my full email thread and story publicly — people need to know how shady this business is.
