Bloomsvilla actually worked for me for about 2 years and they delivered good flowers. However, in December 2025 they did not deliver the flowers and multiple attempts to contact them were futile. I seems to have lost the money and no flowers delivered and no reply. I am deleting my account with them.

Fraud company take money and don't deliver the item and no response also totally fraud company

Just refund the money you guys. Cake you delivered stale and flowers never came.

If I could give negative stars, that'd be it. Extremely poor service, failed to deliver the item, and have no customer care portals in place. The email support is AI based and cannot cater to human needs. No on call support available.

Sorry... they are not worth for even a single star rating. They have cheated me twice. They accept order and payment and do not deliver the items. No response to mail. The contact number also doesn't work.

I placed an order for my wife’s birthday, paid the full amount, and nothing was delivered.
No proper response, no delivery, and no refund.
My wife’s birthday was spoiled and I lost my hard-earned money.

They are scammers don’t ever book with them.

This is fraud. They were looting the people by taking order. Do not order on this site. They takes order and nothing happens after fully paid.
I am going to complaint against them on consumer portal as thinking they can restrict anything.

If you can click no stars then that's the review. They took the order and then vanished. No delivery. They are really frauds. Their website deserves to go down

This website is a complete fraud. They accept orders and payments but only send automated responses afterward. There is no contact number, no real customer support, and no way to reach a human. The website looks very professional and impressive, which is misleading. 100% scam — do not trust this site.

Wish there was a zero rating. Completely fraudsters and a scam site. No phone number to contact and email support is of no use.

Worst experience they don’t delivered single thing n spoiled my surprise to b given if they hav shame then refund our full amount

I have ordered Cake & flower bouquet for my mom bday in Alleppey, Kerala.... I have paid online, received confirmation for my order .. But it's not delivered & they have fake support number... Mailed many times, they replied I need to pay Rs 500 for delivery charge, then i thought this company is a fraud & scanner... I am going to see any legal action can be taken on this company... Please everyone who scammed by this company file a online legal case against them .. Ket us stop this scammers where many in the future will not get trapped...

They are not delivering the items, instead sending mails to use the voucher before 1 year.

I don't think they are into flower business. They are into scamming business. After paying for their service, they will send a bland email stating that 'delivery area is non serviceable area'. If it was a non serviceable area, why did you accept my pin code and show me that my parcel will reach within 2 hours.
Now they say they will issue a refund after deducting some 200 Rs or 10% of the order charge.
It is completely a scam company. Beware of it! This company and its owners should be reported as scammers to the local police!

Fraud online site. At the time of ordering they says available for delivery and thereafter asking more money for delivery and they dont deliver. There is no phone number to reach and two days later my email blocked by them. I lost about Rs. 5000/- Be careful.

They are such a fraud online site. While ordering it says pin code is available for delivery but afterwards they don’t deliver. There is no phone number to reach and two days later I get an email saying that the delivery address is not in their area of service. I can’t believe one of the 4 big metropolitan city in India is not in the area for service. If that is truly the case then they should mention at the time of ordering and not after payment has been accepted.

I had ordered a bouquet for someone very closed on 15th November to be delivered on 16 November. Initially they emailed that my choice of flowers is not there and asked whether they can substitute.
I said yes.
Unfortunately the bouquet was not delivered.
I have sent multiple emails and now they dont respond. The worst experience for me as I am outside the country and trusted them.
