this is a fraudulent company forcing you to pay a premium service. online service it doesnt work, every time there is any issue on the website , i was trying for weeks get an appointment for my husband and is complety frustation, after several attempts i get through the form to fill up a massive information and when i submit the time runs out, i try it again and again and always is an error when i submit . complety rubbish, corruption.

What an amazing team, very helpful and considerate, never came across a visa processing center as the one in London Chancery Lane, Olivia was super attentive and shows great service even though it’s packed these days with ppl applying. They’re great at what they do. Today I came to check for my passport if it was returned from the consulate but unfortunately not yet, but the team were very helpful in getting me the right answers definitely recommended.

Terrible experience with BLS International. I was charged multiple times for an appointment booking, yet the system claimed the payment failed and canceled the appointment anyway.

Customer support was completely useless. First I was told to send a message, then an email, and after doing everything requested, there was still no real response or solution.

A visa appointment system handling people’s money should have reliable payment processing and actual customer service. Instead, users are left stressed, overcharged, and ignored.

Please can someone help us?

We have spent another highly frustrating day attempting to book appointments for my wife and daughter - Gambian Nationals - to apply/secure Schengen Visas to travel to Spain (Lanzarote) on Friday 03/07/2026 for 14 days. We have successfully collated all relevant documents, uploaded a photograph of my wife and completed all the relevant online documentation. However, when we get to "submit" it tells us we are "timed out". I am very much IT literate and please believe me when I say it is impossible to complete this online documentation in under 20 minutes. Both my wife and I have taken so much time off work to get this completed and submitted to get the visa applications booked. We really need support with this as we fear without your advice on this we will end up losing our holidays to Spain.

Please, can someone help us?

The worst service I have ever experienced. I was unable to book an appointment through both the website and telephone. I visited the office three times and requested them to renew my children’s passports, but each time they told me they would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up.
The staff were unprofessional and not cooperative at all. The entire process was frustrating and disappointing.

I was trying to be open minded & give this website a go but seriously BLS😔. As I was trying to go to the terms and conditions webpage for the mandatory travel insurance cover a completely UNREADABLE page opens up. Unfortunately I DO NOT sign up for things I can't read. It feels like a SCAM when you can't read documents that are meant to be read. We would love to visit Spain but this website is not making things easy.

I had a very frustrating experience with BLS Manchester when applying for a Spain tourist visa.

The online booking system was difficult to use. It was not straightforward and seemed to push me into selecting a premium service. While filling in the form, the system repeatedly entered details into the wrong fields and kept refreshing whenever I typed the captcha, forcing me to restart multiple times. There is also a strict 15–20 minute time limit to complete the booking, which is not clearly communicated. I was logged out and had to start again from scratch.

Although I eventually received a booking confirmation, the online process took far longer (20–30 minutes) than the actual in person appointment, which lasted only about 10 minutes. In person, staff were efficient but seemed more focused on processing payments quickly rather than providing support.

I applied on 2nd March and still have not received my passport or visa. I have been chasing daily via phone and email, but customer service has been extremely unhelpful. Responses are scripted and repetitive, offering no real assistance or updates. Emails go unanswered, and calls lead nowhere.

This has caused me to miss a planned trip to Spain for a hen party on 30th April 2026, which was non-refundable and very disappointing.

In the past, I’ve received a Spain visa within two weeks without issues, but this time the process has been unnecessarily difficult and stressful. It feels especially unfair when applying for a short tourist visa.

Overall, the system is inefficient, communication is poor, and the lack of accountability is concerning. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using this service.

For anyone trying to book standard appointment on London and being forced to choose premium, please report to trading standards via consumer advice on 0808 233 133 option 2 as they are acting illegally to consumer law by making an optional service defacto compulsory.

Bunch of scaraltens who only let you book premium appointments. How they ever got the contract with the Spanish embassy is anyones guess, brown envelopes maybe?

The website constantly crashes forcing you to re-enter infomation, constantly asks for captcha numbers and only every says no standard appointments are available. Also website does not meet disability rules

BLS should be removed by the Spanish Embassy as they are breaking UK consumer law through bait and switch by only offering the limited slots throuh premium so they can overcharge you and extra £100

Worst service. Delay of 6 to 7 hours. They are irresponsible people. Dont valuing others time. They can inform the delay by SMS as we are taking prior appointments.

Scammers! They would indirectly pressure you into taking their so called premium services. This is nothing but, them redoing the application using your existing data and putting a price to it. You would feel like it's either the premium lounge service or nothing. You walk-in and it almost feels like you are just being targeted. You will see bunch if ruthless, shameless people aiming at your wallet. At the end of the day day, one has no choice but to sign up for it because the whole BLS system is created in such a way that you cannot go ahead without signing up for the premium lounge service. Needless to say, they won't even provide water, or any refreshments at the lounge, but you will be forced to listen to the video that is playing on loop - which obviously praises how great BLS BS is and the obvious cooked up testimonials from the weak links from the society. This business is such a disgrace. I hope they consulate take them down, but the chances are slim because, someone might be getting a cut from this setting.

Been trying to navigate the website for 30min. It fails to load frequently at which point you have to start all over again.

The website is totally waste. You can't complete the appoinment booking even in 10-20 attempts. everytime it is going create one or other problems. If you successfully reached to payment page then it will create another issue. Totally Crap! One more corrupt practice by BLS. If you book appointment and then you can't change it. If you cancel no refund of appoinment service fee that is the fee paid for service which you did not use.

Impossible to get an appointment!!! Do not trust them with your passport, more likely will go missing!The call center in India is typical, Assholes to the extreme and can't understand a word they say and tell you do not call. BLS websites are one big failure and they move offices without telling you, show up and office is empty. Spain, Italy etc who use BLS - You are losing money from students unable to attend your universities, and retirees who want to relocate to your country and add to your GDP without taking any social services! Basically using BLS is like jumping out of a plane with no parachute. How does Spain and Italy not know how they are getting screwed by this company?!!?

This is a very fraudulent organization forcing people to pay for premium by making normal slots unavailable, a formal report needs to be made to the Spanish embassy

The worst website I have ever come across, bls should be ashamed of yourselves. You charge enough money to be able to invest in your website! I wasted 2 hours of my valuable time on your site and wasn't able to book an appointment due to your site freezing and sooo slow! Absolutely disgusting wasting people's time.
