The webinar was very informative, clarifying complex issues associated with estate planning. Charles seems to have encyclopedic knowledge on estate planning answering varied questions from the audience. Along with the large video resource, I've not found another company that covers the area so clearly and thoroughly.

Due to changes in law specially govt's intention to tax your hard earned savings and esate it is very important to know how to save these for your old age and children.
Thaese seminars addresses these question.

Excellent range of videos covering a wide breadth of topics in depth, backed up by very informative webinars and an excellent personal response service providing guidance to specific personal questions. All for no charge and with no pressure to commit to paid-for advice. Charles explains complex issues very clearly and openly and engenders confidence and trust.

This review is primarily of my advisor Joe Tardi, after onboarding as a client, excellent 5 star, and of the webinars of which I have attended several, 3 star, so average 4. 3 star does not mean bad, it means good with scope for improvement, so should be accepted in the spirit in which offered. Albeit only guidance, I think the webinars and firm's initial advice letters and approach to client service generally could be better, if they followed more of the attributes that Joe displays, that I will pick up separately if the firm's management wishes.

5 = excellent - outstanding. I find Joe to be very knowledgeable on IHT and related planning issues, personable and pleasant to deal with, willing to research issues, not giving of quick but poorly thought through answers, willing to debate and be challenged, and patient with the older generation on the firm's extensive use of technology, so well deserving of five stars.

My second webinar, and there was some very useful input to add to what I'd learned previously. I agree with another reviewer that some filtering of questions could make it shorter and more concise (not Charles's fault, but some attendees hadn't appreciated the protocols for question types). As a free introductory webinar this is an excellent resource.

You get the answers for all different topics.
