Josh has been out to do a regular service on our boiler today, he helped us to identify a gas leak outside, contacted Wales and West for us to report it and then came back the same afternoon to complete the service after the W &W engineer had solved the leak. He was so professional and helpful, as were the office, I cannot recommend Blue Flame highly enough.

Jason the engineer arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated time, he was friendly and gave a clear demonstration of the heating controls once finished!

Blue flame energy are highly recommended from me.. from startto finish it was a very easy process.. i was aprehensive getting boiler changed from convetional to a combi. And having rads put in.. Aiden + Micheal did a wonderful job.. so happy doing it aswel which is rare.. having kids and animals must of been hard to work around aswel but was both professional and efficient.. all round great guys!! Highly reccomend

Engineers were on time and installed new boiler to schedule. Very polite and answered questions well.
There was an issue with boiler controls wiring and a new 3 port motorised valve which was noted and an engineer came the following day (and the day after) to correct. So despite these issue Blue Flame responded promptly and got them solved.

Excellent service from Lewis came on time and changed the pump and got my boiler back up and running

Just had our first service with blue flame after they fitted our boiler last year and they were great. Managed to book an appointment quite quickly even though we contacted them late, Rob was really helpful. Boiler is working better than ever

Blue Flame installed our boiler a couple of years ago and we’ve been having services with them since then. The customer service from the office is always very good, I booked my last service with Rob and he was great with me changing my appointment and helped find a date and time that worked well for me.

A good, clean, efficient resiting of a new boiler and some radiators.
