Transferring me to a new company
Transferring me to a new company? Does this mean that no work has been done with my details OR my claim was so small it wasn’t worth their time.
Does this new company do the last stages ? To be honest I really don’t feel comfortable sending more of my details to a new company : I need to know where my claim is at, or has it not yet been started ? My first contact Blue Panda was January 2024.

I didn’t actually speak with anyone! Someone called me and put the phone straight down. I then received a text message to leave a short review based on the conversation I had just had with their agent, however no “conversation” had taken place. If I could leave no stars I would.

What an exemplary standard from the…
What an exemplary standard from the advisor I spoke to!! The way of him talking to a ‘normal’ working class individual was actually amazing (I said I had ADHD). He was not annoyed in the slightest, how I held a conversation. This is one of the first experiences I have had of this stature. I’m used to people being very unsympathetic and annoyed when ‘I speak over people, or make silly jokes’ with no meaning to what the call is about. It’s not nice when I’m made to feel like I’m ‘thick’ or not taking things ‘seriously’. Your advisor today was brilliant, he made me feel calm, laughing with me at my ‘unfunny’ jokes etc, i could be myself. Thankyou so much for this!! I have other issues too, but all in all I felt like I was having a conversation with a ‘friend’, I know this is not the case, but it felt that way!!
