My partner bought a body bag.
When parcel was opened, she said it was nothing like she expected.
Very disappointing purchase.
Quality is low. The free wallet that came with the bag was quite good. Therefore a one star rating.
The on “special” now $84.00 bag would be about a $15-$20 on AliExpress or Temu.

DO NOT WHATEVER YOU DO PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS, YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY AS I HAVE DONE. WHY I DID NOT CHECK THIS SITE BEFORE I PURCHASED I DO NOT KNOW. I HAVE HAD EMAIL STATING DISPATCH AND ON NOVEMBER 28TH ALLEDEDGELY ARRIVED AT AIRPORT IN CHINA. THE PACKAGE HAS NOT LEFT CHINA 7 DAYS LATER. SENDING EMAILS WASTE OF MY PRECIOUS TIME. UTTER THEIVES!!!!!

I bought a pair of trainers, eventually when they arrived they were clearly the wrong size even although they were labelled as the right size.
Didn't fit, I emailed for a return many times but never received a reply.
This is a con.
Do not buy from this site!

Bought a pair of NOKAs (Hokas).
Such flimsy quality - shoddy,poorly constructed.
And they STINK.
Tried several times to get a refund. No response.
Dont go near this mob, they are everything bad about internet shopping. Deceptive images of goods which turn out to be absolute junk.
I actually realized how dodgy they were, and tried to cancel my order 30 minutes after lodgement - they responded that the order "had already been despatched"

Expensive. I bought two pair of shoes for $115. The shoes less than a month insole start tearing up. No one has responded to my emails or calls. Two months later- Temu same shoes 1 pair $17- ordered to do a comparison. Same exacts shoe. Do not buy from this comapny

Was disappointed it took from 21st October to 11th November to come. lovely bag leather and free leather wallet.just should give correct delivery time it's worth the wait

I bought a bag for $69.90 on the internet on 01 November 2025. I immediately received an email from them confirming my purchase. Then 2 days later, they sent another email apologizing for "some" delay. I then tried to track my order with the order and they couldn't pick it up. I then tried the chat option and they asked to pay $25 for a further technical check. I then realised that the BLUE WOLF STORE WAS A MAJOR SCAM AND FRAUD. I HOPE CUSTOMERS ARE AWARE. I have not as yet received my bag.

I purchased nothing, because of the Trust Pilot reviews. Thank goodness for Trust Pilot!

After ordering several blouses on May 26th, 2025, I needed to return my purchase because the items did not fit. First, customer service requested that I provide sizes and send them pictures if the merchandise. I did. Then I kept multiple emails assuring me that my concern would be addressed and would be elevated. My request for a return address and a refund was never seriously addressed. The emails repeatedly contained the same generic phrases about addressing my concern. Finally, on July 22nd, aftet exchanging multiple of these meaningless emails, I was offered to exchange my items for a size that they did not even offer when I placed my original order. I kept asking and finally insisted on being provided with a return address and a refund. To this day I have received neither and am considering to post this on Facebook and file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the police department. This is substandard customer service and even worse FRAUD!

Never received product kept saying it was ordered then they said it ran out of colors ,said it refunded to me it was all a bunch of lies don't buy from this company it's a rip off

I am delighted with the reviews, in general. This is what happens to Americans mostly, obsessed with ordering on line and made Amazon a billion dollar company. Patience is a true virtue and visiting a few stores may relieve you from the unnecessary extra fat you all carry. Your mentality, idiocy and this pathetic consumer society makes me feel nostalgic for Covid 19. At least back then, I didn’t have to look at so many sociopaths walking the streets of NYC, talking on the phone, feeling …important. If you were that important, you would have had a secretary to take your messages.

Ridiculously slow to deliver, zero responses to comms, tracking didn't work, was not made obvious items (trainers) were coming from China. Cheap & nasty, low quality product. Never again!

I bought a pair of Hoka shoes for $130, but realised after looking carefully at the images a few hours later that they were fake Noka shoes. I immediately emailed Bluewolf to cancel the order, they responded a few days later saying the order had been processed and was waiting to be collected. I responded that I had canceled the order as I didn't want the fake, knock off product and as it hadn't been collected yet would they please refund me. They never responded, the fake, cheaply made Noka arrived. Total rip off, don't buy from this store.

Do no use this company I purchased a hand bag awful quality, emailed customer services for refund still waiting for a reply.

As soon as you pay for a product, you can forget about customer service and returning products. They don't respond to emails. Nevermore!!!!

Scam. They're selling shoes for $48 that are on Ali express for $14. They ripped off the exact pictures from another site too. Very cheap quality. Unfortunately my mom fell for their scam but please watch out!

A complete scam. Ordered what I thought were some Hoka runners and received a brand called Noka (bad knock-offs that looked similar to the real deal on the ads) and will try to get a refund, however since reading other reviews don't expect to get my money back.
