I purchased a purse and shoes from Blue Wolf Store and the shoes run small so I followed their policy and sent several emails in the course of everyday for a week and never heard from anyone. I also tried call the number on their website as it goes to voicemail only. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY, I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED! THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF YOUR INQUIRIES. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

I ordered my shoes June 4 and haven't received them yet. I wrote requesting updates and I got a lot of excuses. I finally canceled my ordered and I haven't received a response as of yet.

It took a very long time and many e-mails before the yellow blouse I ordered to finally arrive. Upon receipt, I found the blouse to be skimpy (it did not fit) and the workmanship to be terrible, i.e., the fabric very low quality and the stitching very subpar. In attempting to activate Blue Wolf Store's 14 day guarantee return policy, my several (3) communications still remain unanswered. As a result, I have contacted my credit card company and initiated the disputed claim.

I bought leather sandals. They looked and felt like plastic. The return policy was overly complicated and not easy to find on their page. Won't try them again. Picture looked high quality. Feel was low quality!

I've been waiting on an order for over 6 months. And, if I hadn't inquired about my order, I wouldn't have known that it was on back order! And, then after 3 months I had to inquire again about my order. I was told that it was on it's way. 3 months later, I still DON'T have my order. After another inquiry, I was told that it's on it's way. I am now being told that it had been delivered to my mailbox by the US Postal Service. The postal service has no record of it being delivered. In fact, the tracking number isn't valid. . .I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PACKAGE, 6 MONTHS LATER!!!

Don’t trust this company. My order never arrived. The phone number they give is ALWAYS busy and the tracking number button doesn’t give you any information at all - it’s a dead button.

I will probably have to call the attorney general of my state about this company and cancel the credit card I used.

I received the product more than a month after I ordered it. First, the logo is different from the one on the sales page, and second, it is not leather as stated on the sales page, it is completely plastic. I paid $67, but it is only worth $20. I sent a request to return it, but no response in 10 days. I called during business hours in Central Time, but it is always busy. This is a scam company.

I ordered a leather purse on May 3rd, and still have not received it. I have sent five emails to customer service, and all they can tell me is it is on its way.
I asked for a refund,and they would not issue it. RUN DO NOT PURSHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Order placed and received within 14 days. Bag NOT leather as description. No communication with seller at all, they never respond to your emails or send return label. The company is SCAM

Purches Blue wolf product, ladys lager bag, purse and men's belt. They advertise everything as genual leather. Product was not leather at all. Send them few emails with pictures of my purchase and they never answered. I wanted refunds. Ask them how to return product, never received answers. Product was very cheap and I payed big money.

My order just arrived. How it is surprising me, the bag totally a plastic and very bad quality. This bag I can confidently say not even worth $5( bought it in $85). How dare they, cheat purchasers? Very very bad experience! This website should be banned.
