Ordered a Moderna sofa which within a few months changed colour on a particular part of the sofa…. Contacted BoConcept after emails backwards and forwards they decided to replace it. Same issue has come up on the sofa which has been disregarded. Customer service are dismissive sent 2 guys my house with kitchen roll and a spray that I had already purchased?! End result is you pay more money for what it is worth they do not want to do anything to help the customer as it is not a common fault and brushed me off? Never will I purchase or recommend anyone to BoConcept waste of my time!!!!

I initially purchased 2 Zurich sofas which were hardly used and after inspection 1 was replaced and then the second one was replaced .when they delivered the second sofa the delivery guys agreed that sofa 1 which had been used for 3 weeks maximum appeared to have issues again with the foam filling .
I immediately contacted my local customer service manager and sent a video of the problem ,which was not just the seating appearance it was that the foam was “ lumpy” and no amount of “dressing “ would make any difference. I then received a reply that after discussing it with experts ,without actually coming to inspect, it was how the sofa was supposed to function and that he was closing the complaint . It is now very apparent that the sofa after 5 weeks of use is uncomfortable to sit on and what happens next ? unless i have to keep a new sofa which is unfit for purpose and as far as customer service in Newcastle the matter is closed . I am aware of how soft cushions look on sofas this is not the case the cushioning is as I say “lumpy” .Be very aware ,initially great customer service but now I’m left with£5000 worth of sofas which they in Newcastle will not even inspect and not reply to my last email .

My brand new Leather Modena sofa developed a serious defect within the first week of use – completely unacceptable for a so-called premium brand.
Their own appointed specialist came to examine the sofa and confirmed this was their manufacturing fault. Yet instead of replacing the sofa in full, they insist on keeping the arms and legs, meaning I now have to suffer the hassle of them dismantling and reassembling the sofa in my fully furnished home, with a baby to look after. Our home is not a factory for them to carry out such a large repairs – we paid for a new sofa, not to host their patch-up job.
To make matters worse, they flat out refuse to offer any partial refund or full sofa replacement for this mess. On top of that, we are being told to wait another 7–8 weeks for the replacement to arrive – a total loss for an innocent customer who already paid in full. Why should I, as a paying customer, be punished for their manufacturing failure?
The quality is worse than IKEA, and the aftercare is disgraceful. Replacement is the bare minimum – responsible customer service would mean owning the fault and compensating the customer for the inconvenience.
I would strongly warn others to stay away from BoConcept. Overpriced, poor quality, and zero accountability.

Tracey at Bo concept in Harrods is just absolutely awesome, I purchased a Sofa couple of years ago , the buying experience was awesome but what’s even better that Tracey has been giving an outstanding service when I had an issue with the sofa recently. This was the best customer experience I have ever had from any individual in the industry so thanks a lot Tracey you are a true example of how service wins heart as I will not only chose you for my next purchase and be a raving fan to tell all my friends and family to come to you for any furniture purchases.

Teo and her team at Bo Concept in Chichester provided a flexible, knowledgeable, creative and professional service. We were particularly impressed by the quality of communication, both verbal and written. I am constantly amazed, in the modern world, at how poorly service providers communicate, leading to constant disappointment. However, Bo Concept offered a level of communication that was highly customer-centric, resulting in a rare, refreshing experience from a premium solution provider.

Went to purchase a sofa from BoConcept Edinburgh. The design proposed was lovely but I explained I had a budget and needed to bring the costs down as I only visited for a sofa and the design included a sofa, coffee table, lamp, small table, dining table, leather chairs, rug and upholstered chair. Again I informed the sales person I had a budget and said I needed costs to come down. Sales managed to find a couple of pieces that brought costs down and I searched on BoConcept website. I reached out to another branch and found 3-4 of the exact same items 20 - 30% more competitive. I feel totally cheated that Edinburgh are selling the same furniture at a substantially high mark up. I informed the branch that they were substantially higher and asked to amend the order or them to review some prices.They informed me that I would need to pay 35% total to amend or cancel the order as per T&Cs even though I didn’t accept these terms, or know about this until after I had paid a large deposit. I now need to seek legal advise.
Having read some of the reviews I now have concerns about the sofa quality and customers services. I would mention the design proposed was lovely but the after sales service is disappointing. I really hope we can come to an agreement with the branch.

We purchased a BoConcept expanding dining table and chairs. Whilst still under warranty the expanding mechanism broke and we contacted BoConcept who replaced and fitted the broken part. This took about 3 months in total but we were very satisfied both with the customer service team and the delivery/fitting team.

From my first contact with Leoni from the Canterbury store and my first visit to the store where I was helped by James, my experience has been nothing but good.
