Disappointed and frustrated with my experience purchasing a sofa from BoConcept (via Harrods). The sofa arrived faulty and clearly not up to the quality promised. After raising concerns, the resolution process was slow and impersonal.
It took far too long for the faulty item to be collected and refunded, and at no point did I feel the brand took real ownership of the issue. For a premium furniture retailer, I expected much better communication, service, and product quality.
I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before making a large purchase here—especially when it comes to customer care after the sale.

It took me quite a while to find the sofa we liked. There was on display in the Guildford shop. The assistance was good. We liked that there were all samples displayed in big sizes which helped us to find the right colour. The price of the sofa was satisfying.
Delivery was prompt and smooth with polite and effective people.
Overall happy with the purchase and customer service throughout.

I brought a 3 seater sofa and chair from BoConcept and was really pleased with my purchase. From the staff at Bentals where I brought it from who were very professional and helpful. To the delivery drivers who kept me informed if there arrival and to there professional expertise in getting my sofa and chair into my flat and assembled. Would definitely recommend them and love there furniture which looks great in my new flat .

The whole experience end to end was very smooth. We recently had an issue with one of our BoConcept Stockholm pendant lights. Although the communication in the early stages was a bit inconsistent, everything changed for the better when Angelina took over the case.
She handled the situation with professionalism and genuine care, following through clearly and thoughtfully. Thanks to her support, we received a replacement light and were given the flexibility we needed to manage the installation smoothly.
Now that the new pendant is in place—paired with our BoConcept dining table and chairs—it looks absolutely stunning. It has completely transformed the space and brings a touch of elegance we truly enjoy every day.

Das Verkaufspersonal ist sehr aufmerksam. Herr Christian Herfert hat mich angesprochen. Herr Herfert hat eine sehr sympathische Ausstrahlung. As the concierge of a residential tower block in Nine Elms, I’ve seen many deliveries come through our building, but this particular driver stood out for their exceptional professionalism and care.
From the moment Grzegorz Kopec and his colleague arrived, they demonstrated a thorough understanding of our building’s procedures and protocols, which is always appreciated in a busy environment like ours. They liaised seamlessly with the resident, ensuring clear communication and handling every detail with precision and respect.
The level of care they showed was truly impressive. Not only did they deliver the furniture without any issues, but they also took the extra step of hoovering the area once they had finished. This level of attention to detail is rare and made a significant difference in maintaining the cleanliness and order of the building.

Fabulous. I recently bought a folding table from BoConcept, which is perfect for my compact living space. Leoni was so helpful in finding the right design and colour to compliment my other furniture. I bought a chair 14 months ago for just over £3000 - one chair. It has been extremely well looked after - no children / teenagers in the house, we are not over weight etc etc [not that should be of any relevance, but it HAS been well looked after]. It has broken after 14 months. It has a 5 year guarantee. I have been into the store where I bought it with photos of the broken chair. 16 days later - nothing, apart from 2 responses from customer services responding to my emails [I have had to email them, asking what is happening] ....they respond saying they will inform me when they have something to inform me about.....!
Over 2 weeks after my complaint. Nothing.
I think £3000+ for 1 chair that is obviously of poor quality and broken / cannot be sat in, useless in my home, should trigger a professional response informing me immediately of their automatic procedures to a situation such as this. Their furniture looks great - but with such poor quality, extremely poor customer service - steer clear.

Hi,I would like to share our amazing experience with BoConcept! I have visited BoConcept store which is located in Harrods. Luckily I met with Rita there and bought two sofas from this store. Thanks to Rita, i was able to quickly decide on the colors, fabrics and size of the seats. I was impressed with her knowledge especially from a technical perspective and her guidance and assistance..somehow, in less than two hours, all my transactions were completed including invoicing and payment! I was informed about the use of furniture, warranty conditions,delivery process and the lead time.. during my shopping, she were very kind and patient to me and provided fast and helpful guidance on all aspects. Our furnitures arrived on time and safely, as i was informed! The delivery planning and information process were also professional. Our sofas has high quality, assembled easily and very quick! I would like to also thanks Grag and Nathan who were assembled our furniture because of their very professional, kind and helpful approach.. we are appreciated to all team who provided us this amazing services and furnitures! We had a few issues after we purchased our sofa and it has taken a long time to rectify. Even with our problems, I would still recommend Bo Concept. For the entire customer journey, the sales team in Kingston to the aftersales (Tracey) the staff have always been wonderful to deal with as their main goal was to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Great people! 😊

Terrible experience overall. Good salesmen, decent product in the shop then team absolutely incapable of delivering. Time for production absurd - supposedly 8 weeks but in the end 10 before delivery. Stated delivery date 2 weeks out. Unable to listen to criticism or offer solutions.

Boconcept cyprus is the worst, the owner of the franchise is unbearable very toxic with the worst behavior towards her employees, furthermore the customers look like a dollar in front of them, they only care how to get the most without asking for their needs.

The customer service and advice from Boconcept in Rose St Edinburgh was outstanding. In particular Paula Pacheco Lopez and her manager. Making sure we would both be comfortable with my choice of furniture, they visited our home with sample swatches and a dining chair, bringing these items to us, on the bus! We bought 2 sofas and 8 chairs. We absolutely love them. Highly recommend this company and their delivery company. What a great experience all round.
