We pride ourselves on our friendly customer service and dispatching orders within 24 hours of a purchase being made. HI Grace, thank you for your feedback. We ensure that the size of every product is clear and visible for each product listing. We're sorry you feel it was small for the price, but I can assure you the sizes of our skin care products are very mainstream and our pricing is in line with our competitors. A lot of products we have cannot be sourced anywhere in Australia, so on occasion the cost to import products so that they become locally accessible for our customers, does get factored into our pricing. We hope you understand.
