I made a purchase on the 14th of april and up to now, product is still on transit. Damn! Its already 26th and i heard nothing from that useless tracking app! DONT ORDER. DONT BUY.

I reached out to cancel my order, and Amy helped me right away. She was super nice and made the process quick and easy

I am absolutely in love with Curls Lab! I honestly didn’t expect it to outperform my Dyson, but it truly does. The biggest difference for me is how lightweight it is. I can style my hair without my arms getting tired, which was always an issue with my Dyson.
What impressed me the most is how well it holds curls. My curls last longer, look more defined, and feel healthier overall. My daughter loves it just as much as I do we actually enjoy doing our hair now! I also got an amazing deal!! I bought two and received a free flat iron, which made it even more worth it. On top of that, they send you a tutorial so you actually know how to use the tool properly, which I really appreciated. And their customer service? Absolutely amazing. Fast, helpful, and kind.

Had a an issue with my order. I emailed Customer service about it. The person helping me was Amy, she was very quick to respond to my emails and had the issue fixed right away.

This company is terrible. Total scam! They claim their product is similar than the Dyson, when is nothing like it. It is made from cheap plastic and is not powerful. Also watch out at checkout. Their VIP club says to be free and then they start charging you a monthly fee. This company is deceitful and doesn't deliver what they promised. Most of their reviews are false. On top of everything this company operates under different names. Curls lab Canada, Lora Hair, and there might be others. So do yourself a favor and stay away from them. I just wish I did a more in depth research before getting this product and falling for their false reviews.

I ordered 2 and 4 cases, good Quality
and I used not only for my hair tools but also as a jewelry case.

I had ordered a pair of 5 in 1 but quickly realised it was the wrong things and asked for a refund within the first 5 mins
The parcel was not packed till then and the ready for delivery email was not until 2 days later

But their customer service team -Amy : not responsive at all
And they did not even refund the amount they took shipping of my card even though i had asked to not ship it

Deceptive and dishonest sales tactics and do not honour their return policies. Chinese company using forwarding service in Markham to appear Canadian. Total scam. Do not fall for it. Will be reversing charge on credit card and reporting.

I do love the hair appliance. After using the curl wands the curls stayed for days until my next wash. Actually it worked better than the Dyson because the curls did not last the day with the Dyson. I love the case also. I do wish that I had added the larger curl brush onto my order. I am very happy with the dryer and attachments

Amy was amazing. She was the only person out of 13 that took my request seriously.
I actually pray that she finds a new career because I believe this company will get shut down for fraudulent reasons. I rated it 5 stars because of Amy’s help. Please DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAMS!! I have 23 email that show proof of their lies! Check your credit card because that free membership the scammed you into, they charge you for it the next day. The $19.95 next day shipping….scam. Not only do you not get it next day, it doesn’t ship out the next day or the next day or the next day or the next day. My order was placed on April 8th and mine still hasn’t shipped. Please don’t shop here!! They claim to be Canadian and I am very confident that’s a lie as well. They only helped me when I sent proof that I disputed the charge with my bank. I also reported this online business in hopes that no one else gets scammed. I have no idea about the product but I do know this business isn’t honest. If you have a great product to sell there should be no reason to be deceitful. PERIOD
Came to change this to 1 star when I realized everyone refers to Amy so I’m guessing non of this is real. It appears we’ve all had the same experience.

Do not be fooled by the "1-2 day delivery" claims. I paid $20 for FedEx shipping from a company supposedly based in Markham, only to find out they are drop-shipping directly from China. It took 3 days just to ship and another 8 business days to arrive. You can get the exact same products on Temu or Shein for $20 instead of the inflated prices here. The 5-star reviews are clearly fake. Worst service ever.

i had a hard time understanding how the 5 in 1 was working, i was sure it was made to swivel/turn around the hair, Amy from the customer service helped me understand, she was a great help, thanks
