Amy was excellent with my issue! She was quick and friendly and very helpful!

The handle on the multistyler is difficult to hold. The return process is ridiculous and really non-existent. I have not used the curler at all. I am told I can return it through a US address or if I wish to keep it I can accept a 20% return on my purchase. I purchased this as it was called CurlsLab Canada. This is not an honouraable company,

One person said it’s being cancelled then next email says I’m being billed , for weekkkkks

The product looks great but I haven’t had time yet to really test it out.
Only negative was that I was enrolled in the VIP club which I thought was free but turns out to be $8.95 monthly.
I have now cancelled this subscription twice I hoping that it is actually cancelled this time. Big thank you to Amy for her help with this issue

Absolute fraud. I have been getting charged for some stupid vip service. Several emails and they tell me that i am in the cancel list. Never gets cancelled. Customer number

Once I got 5 in 1 and I used it I was quite 😃 happy. It did take 10 days to get it from start to finish. Products does not disappoint ‼️

I don't post reviews often. However, I am so upset by the customer service or lack of. Be aware, they will charge you a $8.95 membership fee every month. I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a month (the button on their website doesn't work) and just got charged again. The product is okay but not worth the hassle of having to deal with this company. It's a scam. Look at your credit card receipts.

I had a great experience with Amy. She was very helpful in assisting me with changing my delivery address, and her response was incredibly quick. I was also confused about the tracking details, but she took the time to clarify everything and provided me with the information I needed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with her support and really appreciate her efficiency and professionalism.

I realized I never gave an email for my order, and wanted to know if my order was in fact confirmed and on its way. I reached out to the company’s email and was surprised at how fast they responded. They notified me that they reached out to the logistics company who confirmed my package was going to be here any day. Amy was especially helpful and I’m very impressed with their fast communication and mitigation efforts.
