So happy with my purchase! I can curl my hair in less than 5 minutes! I use it everyday and once you get the hang of it, it’s amazing! My daughter has the Dyson and this works just as good!

Had a small issue with my order so I sent an email. I received a very quick response and Amy and Justin were very helpful and the issue was resolved with absolutely no hassle.

I’m giving this a 5star for customer service. Amy was amazing to deal with. I had to reach out because I forgot to grab the travel case with the 5 in 1 hair tool. I would have had to pay another $20.00 for shipping. She was able to grab my order, and add the travel case without charging me the extra shipping. Customer service to me is the number one reason I always go back to a place to shop. Thanks again, Amy for going above and Beyond

I had forgotten to double-check the colors in my order, and as I realized it, I reached out - Amy handled it immediately. I’m looking forward to receiving the colors my daughters wanted. My whole experience started off to a rocky start with me not knowing if my order was actually placed and not getting a response for a 2 days.. however i did get feedback from Amy and it was a smooth process after, she was helpful, informative, patient and understanding! It made me feel more confident in the brand and i received my product the next day! So the only reason its the 4 stars it was the initial unfortunate experience however Amy made a huge difference and i truly appreciate her help with the quick resolution.

Was disappointed with the shipping process as I was told shipping within 24 hrs. It took 2 weeks. Also promises free vip membership but charged me $8.96. Asked for refund and was denied.

They are SCAMMERS stay away from them,
I ordered in 5th March and 15 March thy email me that their courier came but couldn’t find my address, although my all address is right and I sent proof too, but still they are asking for more money to ship again and also within my order of some days they charged me 8 Cad for vip membership which was 0 initially without my permission and they said they will refund but they never refund that too.
Now they are bargaining with me that I should pay more to them.
I will take legal action and want that no one trust them again. It was the worst experience of my life to buy from like these websites.

EDIT: I emailed this company on March 19 for return instructions since the product didn’t work for me and I have not heard back and it’s March 30. I am disappointed as my first experience reaching out to their customer service was great but now that I want to return the product I feel ignored and I’ve given them plenty of time to get back to me. If you are reading this Curlslab, please get back to me.

This company is dishonest in their point of sale promises. They say "free shipping" yet charge $19.99 plus tax for "express shipping" free shipping option is not available at checkout out. They promise 5-7 day delivery, they say shipped from Canada. Once you purchase, they send emails of "high demand - shipping delayed - another 7-10 business days" yet product does not arrive in a month. The ads say "shipped from Canada and boast a Markham, Ontario address, yet then when shipping is constantly delayed they admit it is from an "international warehouse". The truth is, these items are drop shipped from CHINA!. This company, at point of sale offers "free VIP membership" which guarantees "free shipping", however, it is a subscription service that charges $8.95 plus taxes to your credit card immediately. This company is dishonest, unreliable, and false advertising. If you put a negative review on social media they take it down immediately. BUYER BEWAR... SCAM

So far I have only used once. But I love how easy it is to use on my hair.
Leaves my hair feeling so smooth.

The only downfall is how not the attachments are to switch on and off after use.

I received my 5 piece kit, Used it the very next morning, dried and curled it is absolutely amazing. No regrets Awesome!

Buyer beware! I have not received the product yet so cannot speak on that, but I have received numerous charges to my card that shouldn't have happened. Upon deciding to purchase the product I was presented with an offer for free VIP membership. Sure, free shipping, why not? Well not only did I get charged for this "free" VIP membership I was charged for shipping. When I brought it to their attention they said that the VIP membership could not be refunded as I was receiving the "benefits" of it. I asked why I was also charged for shipping and they claimed I "selected" express next day shipping. I did not! And it's been 4 days with no product. Very unhappy! I never write reviews but I thought maybe I could save someone from making the mistake I did.
