Hi Adam, thank you for your valuable feedback. Shilajit is an extremely popular product right now due to it's many long term health benefits. Like any supplement, it's always best to take over a longer period of time as it takes some products take a little longer to have a noticeable effect :)

Hi Noora, we are really sorry to hear about your experience with this product. It is one of our most popular and we mainly get fantastic feedback. There is a chart in our description whereby we recommend the concentration based on the user's experience with Glycolic peels. We generally only recommend the highest concentration to those who have had many chemical peels over a number of years. Be sure to moisturise the area consistently to nurture your skin back to health :)
