Fantastic service from a professional company.
New years day no heating on the coldest day. Left a message and contacted us back in an hour. Talked us through all options. As it happened the fault was due to something hitting a valve. The guy we spoke to went beyond to get heating back on. Very professional. Baring in mind the time of year it was. thank you so much definitely will recommend them to any friends and family

Boiler didn’t work in the morning. Messaged and got a video call on how to get the pressure and everything set up. Took 2 minutes. Excellent service.

My boiler was playing up typically during the festive season.
I called boiler genie @8.30 am and was called back immediately by Liam who was so helpful and fixed the problem.

We had no water at all from all our hot taps. I phoned the Boiler Genie number but being a Saturday 2 days after Christmas Day, I didn’t expect it to be picked and I just left a message. However, not many minutes later I got a call from Liam! I explained what was wrong and Liam, with his experience was able to instruct me how to resolve our problem.

Boiler didn't come on first thing in the morning, with a fault. Phoned boiler genie and within the hour had someone pop round and fixed it. Amazing service and always use this company. Very professional and honestly cannot say how great they are. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent customer service by Ally fast response to questions. Engineer was prompt called in advance, polite and carried out service and minor repair to boiler to a high standard. Very reasonable price too. Been using Boiler Genie for several years now as company I previously used let me down. Can't see me going anywhere else for my gas services.

A very reliable company with friendly and helpul office staff who keep you informed. The engineer is super efficient and friendly as well. I really like engaging with Boiler Genie, whatever they’ve got in the way of customer service they could sell to other companies. It would be a better society if more companies operated like Boiler Genie.

I asked for a quote on Tuesday morning and company came right back to me. The self survey was really easy and I had a quote before morning was out. I was going to get a few quotes but price was very competitive so went with the quote. Boiler was fitted the following Tuesday by Paul and then Ian came out for the Hive etc. All very efficient. Kitchen left tidy when they left. Paul arrived at 9am and it was all done and dusted before 12.30pm. Would definitely recommend giving Boiler Genie a try!

The gas engineer arrived on time and fitted the new boiler and explained how it all worked. The sparky also fitted the hive and also explained how that worked. Both sparky engineer did a good job and tidied up after there selves.

Absolute shambles of a job. No organisation, no communication, mess left everywhere and zero respect for the customer and their home. Do not use this company unless you want your home ripped apart and left as a building site!

I had a drain pipe moved from my boiler to allow for a base to be built and boiler genie had the job done very quickly and that was even lifting my floor boards for access,job done without any problems and very inexpensive a great company to deal with thanks

We had our Annual Service from Boilergenie last week. The staff were very professional and efficient, from the office staff who booked the appointment to the engineer who arrived promptly and carried out the service.
The cost was very reasonable and the service was undertaken with no disruption to the house.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Boilergenie in the future.

By far one of the easiest companies I have dealt with. I called to ask for a quote and the lady on the phone was really pleasant and helpful. She sent through a link for me to take some photos of my current boiler. I sent these through around 6pm and by 8pm I had a quote sent through to me. I was very pleased with the estimate and after messaging some questions and getting prompt answers I decided that I would accept. The relevant forms were sent through and after completing I was told that my new boiler could be installed on Friday, this was Wednesday evening. Early the next morning I received a call to say that if it was ok with me they could actually fit it that day. I obviously agreed and by 10am the fitter arrived and started he job. I had to return to work and left him to it with my neighbour being on hand if anything was needed. I returned home around 5pm and the new boiler had been installed, the Hive controller fitted and the boiler all working. The area had been cleaned up and the old boiler removed and taken away.
The whole process took less than 24hours and I must say I was very impressed with everything.
I should also mention that the total cost of this boiler replacement was less than half the quote I had received from British Gas!
Would definitely use this company again.

Absolutely hassle free company. Guys came out and checked my requirements of cavity wall insulation and we decided on a new boiler. Just 2 weeks later insulation done in a few hours, no mess and no issues at all. The next week new boiler installed in a few hours plus a couple of air vents. Very tidy guys and no hassle whatsoever. Highly recommend this company
