Boiler Genie just installed a new boiler for us and the quality of service was second to none. We had already had another company come out and all they could do was find problems with the installation and barriers to getting the job done and made incorrect statements showing a lack of knowledge, total waste of time. We own a portfolio of properties in England that we rent out and so are used to dealing with lots of tradespeople which we hold to a high standard.

Boiler Genie were knowledgeable, professional and solution driven. Liam arrived at the agreed time, assessed the job and what would be required, agreed a price (good value for money and competitive vs others). We had a date confirmed for the job within 24 hours. The team turned up on the agreed day and seamlessly got the job done. Simon, Andy and Greg worked together with no issues and the boiler installation was complete in a matter of hours. Simon talked through all the controls etc & everything was clean, clear and tidied up afterwards. Simon also went above and beyond and capped off some cast iron radiators for us that we were having removed and restored, which Liam had agreed they were happy to do from the outset. Liam and the team at Boiler Genie were impressive - great communication, did what they said they would do, on time, with a level of professionalism and integrity not often seen in the industry. Follow ups were made to ensure everything was running smoothly, so highly responsive to any questions after the installation too - great aftercare. Overall can’t recommend a better provider. Trust 100%. Fabulous.

Had a leak in my central heating system which I could not find boiler genie were extremely helpful engineer even going under the floor and inspecting the entire system with no success then put a sealing agent into the system which solved the problem. Exceptional staff all round and as well as the engineers I would thank Ali and Simon for all their help and understanding much appreciated.

Second boiler I’ve had installed by Boiler Genie, this time after moving into a new property. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. The installation was carried out to a high standard, with all pipework looking clean and neatly finished, and the space left spotless afterward. I’m absolutely delighted with the new boiler — it’s a huge improvement over the old, oversized unit left by the previous owners. I’ve already recommended Boiler Genie to friends and family, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

We had cavity wall insulation and ventilation fitted by the team at Boiler Genie and couldn’t recommend them more. From finding suitable grants for us, to talking us through the job at hand, they were incredibly professional from start to finish. Shoutout to Ally for being incredibly helpful throughout and for quickly rectifying an accidental mistake that was made during the install. They also left the place tidy after completing the job and the job was completed in a timely fashion.

I have used Liam and Boiler Gennie for years and have always found them highly professional and obliging. If you have an emergency and your boiler is causing problems then they will get to you almost always the same day and then provide an professional service at a great price. I would recommend them to anyone and indeed they have done work for many members of my family.

Engineer came for a boiler service and he was friendly, helpful and efficient.
He asked questions to check I was able to use it all well and he completed a check I asked for.

Got a new Ideal boiler 7 years ago from boiler genie, had no problems with it, I phone them up every year for a service at my convenience and they always come at the agreed time. Have also used them for other plumbing work, they've fixed my wc fitted my shower and reattached radiators that have come off the wall. In the past, I have always found them to be reasonably priced as well

Called Liam Thursday to report boiler fault. Engineer arrived Friday morning. Confirmed boiler was beyond economical repair which I had guessed already. Liam got back to me later on Friday with a cost to replace. Confirmed to go ahead asap. Paul the engineer arrived 9.30am on the Monday morning with the new boiler. Fitted and commissioned at 12.15 pm that day. Excellent service.

Very professional and helpful staff, I had to replace parts on my boiler to have it compliant for renting . They surveyed , sent a quote ordered the parts, fitted and issued a new gas safety cert. Made it all hassle free and affordable. Will definitely use then again.

I contacted boiler genie to get my CH certified at short notice, they attended in a few days and took time to explain the system to my daughter who stays at the flat, top marks.
