The discussion we had was comprehensive and most helpful.
We bought a fan for our stove, but could not fit it in appropriate position on top of stove.
It was not removed from the box and returned a week later. No problem whatsoever in doing that.
Furthermore they suggested exploring a replacement motor for our present fan which was damaged by heat over the past winter.

Always helpful and staff are always attentive to detail regarding questions and advice which is given freely and backed with knowledge of the stove.

Visited this business after many years, impressed with expansion and development. Probably good to expand from the wood burning Steve’s business. But the wood burning stoves are brilliant. We have two!

Only went into the shop for a replacement part for the wood burner. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Even telling me that if a relative in Yorkshire needed help with an Aga being fitted, they could help. A few years ago Bonks fitted our wood burner and the service was excellent and the job completed by the end of the day.

Outstanding customer services on multiple occasions. Products ship quickly and are installed well.

Disappointed to be given the wrong door cord but very impressed that they delivered the correct one while the sweep was still present. Being semi disabled I can’t bend very low so can’t do this job myself any more.

Just the loveliest shop that you’ll want to move in to. The staff are lovely- excellent shopping experience. Worth going out of your way to visit.

Called into the shop in February and dropped off plans. They told me they could give me a quote after a site survey. Called back into the shop 5 weeks later and was told they were working the weekend and quote and survey would be organised then. It is now 5th of May and I am still waiting. Pathetic!! Maybe should have worn green wellies!!

Staff were very helpful and had what we required.

Brilliant service from Alex and his team - Bob, Olaf and Fraser were lovely, hardworking, extremely tidy and, most importantly, did a brilliant job. So glad that we booked them to install our Rais stove. Superb job!

The whole process of meeting and discussing my plans and being advised by Alex, to the actual installation and rectification works on a stove that had been badly fitted by the previous person (not at Bonk & Co!) was excellent. Fraser, Olaf and Bob were a pleasure to have and just got on with the jobs. I look forward to them coming back to instal my new stove in another room soon. Thank you my old stove has been transformed and looks fantastic, as it should have done if installed properly 7 years ago by previous owners.
