Great layout on shop floor showing many beautiful items to help furnish the home. The items were well sourced and some were locally made - a big plus. Staff welcoming and helpful and, importantly, not overbearing allowing time and space to think about what one might purchase (from shelf units to wood burning stoves to table mats etc. A great shopping experience. Faulty lamp
Having returned a lamp bought pre Christmas due to it having a fault the product was exchanged with no issue and an apology for any inconvenience caused along with a small gift.

We can't quite believe the speed and…Happy Customer
We can't quite believe the speed and efficiency that made our whole experience a pleasure. We are so happy with our new wood burning stove and should have had one installed years ago. Bonk and Co came highly recommended by friends of ours so there was no reason to try anywhere else. Thank you to all involved.

Excellent quality, original Scottish goods. Our dog especially loved her new wool blanket and we were happy with all our purchases. Delivery was amazingly quick and free! We got the package next day after we ordered!
