The experience with Bon Pergola from start to finish was very good. Sales team was very responsive and worked with us at every step.

We bought the 13x15 White Pergola with rain sensor and 9 feet columns . The pergola is sturdy and has a contemporary look to it.

The delivery was within a couple weeks of purchase, the installation contractor (Hector) we worked with was very professional and communicated well with us. We went with him as he was referred by Bon Pergola. Overall, we liked his job.

After installation, we found out that the rain sensor was not working and one of light strips was defective. Bon Pergola immediately replaced it for us and had Hector come out to fix it.

We are happy with the purchase and it has been working out great for us so far.

The pergola was delivered within days, was very well packed and there was zero damage. The installer recommended by Eric at Bon Pergola was fantastic and the installed product functions and looks better than I had ever imagined.

The sales process was great, no pressure but the right amount of communication. The packaging was very secure and not a single scratch.

Im very happy with our 15x15 louvered Bon pergola. Just finished it today after a lengthy installation, mostly because on my day off on weekend and some help from my brother.Finally got it all 4 post with beam and the rest was pretty easy. Seem to be well made and for an excellent price. The customer service has been exceptional. I had a few issues with parts slightly damaged in shipping, but all problems were worked out quickly and to my satisfaction. I had continued contact with Jeff, David and Eric with some questions and received responses usually within a few hours.They are really friendly and always give me advice and easy to work .Thank You

The Bon Villa 13' x 19' pergola is the perfect solution for my FL coastal home.

The construction is solid and looks amazing. This was a difficult install because we spanned our pool bar, but the built to spec, superb fit, finish and was well packaged. We have build experience and had the footers already done prior to arrival. We unloaded the pergola ourselves and you need two fit people and a dolly minimum or pay extra for delivery. Great support after sale when we had a few questions.

Nice aluminum pergola - we got the Bon pergola a couple of months ago and setting it up was relatively quick and easy (with the help of some friends).
We had some issues installing the screen and one screen was slightly damaged when we received it, but the Bon support was great and very helpful with resolving the situation.

Good quality materials, looks fancier than expected. Very sturdy and waterproof. They give you the EXACT amount of connectors though, so don't lose even a single bolt.

First, whenever I called, a real human answered the phone, not a robot.
Next, whenever I talked to the staff. They were very personable, friendly, and helpful. They were helpful in giving tips on installation that were not in the written instructions.
Additionally, I had a louver that was damaged in shipping. I took pictures of the box when I received the shipment but could not see if anything was damaged at the time. After opening the boxes when assembling my pergola, we found one louver had in fact been damaged. I called the folks at Bon Pergola and they asked for a photo. I sent pictures of the box and damaged louver. The next day I received an email back stating they would take care of it. The next day, a replacement louver was on its way.
Finally, we love our new Bon Pergola. It functions as advertised, everything fit like it was supposed to, and it looks great.

The guys at Bon Pergola not only provided a quality product, but they helped immensely in deciding whether or not it would work for my space, how to modify the beam length, and how to route wiring. They did so quickly, professionally, and in a friendly way.

I will absolutely buy from them again if the need arises, and will suggest anyone in the market do the same.

The product was well packaged... in fact very well packaged.

Parts were clearly labeled, and extra parts were included and labeled as such. Fit of all component's was great.

Went together very well. Its very well made, so while the assembly is tedious, and the components are large and heavy, there were no issues with the assembly

Everything has got protective film on the metal. Its a pain to remove and removal adds a LOT of time but is worth it as it really is protected in shipping.

Product does function as intended, though i have learned that if there are leaves on the louvers, it might leak during rain. just like your roof gutters, you need to keep that clean.
I also bought the bond bridge, but learned afterwards that something has changed with that supplier and it is no longer compatible. Waiting on return instructions, disappointed in that part. If that had worked this would be five stars

We absolutely love our bonpergola! Turned out great, and was very easy to install. The motored louvres and shade work well and keep our patio shaded and cool!
We only had one issue with a motor that went out, but the customer service was fantastic and they sent us an updated motor and was able to replace it quite easily! Highly recommend!!
