Unethical sportsbook. Bookmaker is the ONLY offshore sportsbook I’ve encountered that does not honor self-exclusion. I have asked them multiple times to close my account due to a gambling problem and they always say they can’t permanently close and I can reactivate at any time. All other sportsbooks warned me that if I mention a gambling problem they will permanently ban me. Bookmaker reopens my account every single time.

Slimy. I would definitely recommend betonline, bovada, betus before I would use these guys. They terminated my account when I still had money in it and refuse to open it back up

Its been 4 days trying to get my money, they asked for some documents after my account was already verified, I sent them the docs, and i still cant get my funds withdrawn..Total Scam....they dont answer the email, the chat always says the samething, that i have to wait and wait to get my money, which is not even a lot of money, but its my money

This is an online gambling business that uses deceptive practices to get new subscribers by offering signup bonuses. In my instance, I was offered a $125 bonus for a $500 deposit. What was not clear is that I now am required to bet 10x my account value before I can even withdraw my initial funds. Don’t accept these bonus offers, they are designed to tie up your money and if you wager 10x your account over time, you will likely lose the original amount over time. They do not make this clear at all, until you attempt to make a withdrawal.

This site is a complete scam! When I tried to withdraw my $850 winnings, they refused to process my payout and instead asked for full pictures of my credit card, including the CVC code and my name—highly suspicious and unacceptable. They had no issues accepting my deposits without extra verification, but when it came to withdrawing money, they made it impossible. They are trying to give you hard time until you lose everything in the same day or another . If you win big, expect them to block your account and keep your funds. I strongly advise against signing up—stay away!

I placed a sports bet at certain odds. The system malfunctioned and gave me different odds. The system is supposed to kick the bet back if the odds change. I got odds I did not want, lost the bet, had a screenshot of the wager I placed. Bookmaker would not correct their mistake.

Tried to withdraw and after many different problems, they want 500$ fee to withdraw from bank wire, then even by cheque they want 50$ fee when I’m only withdrawing 800$, yet they let you e transfer to deposit? Christ, just e transfer me my money it’s free

Update, not only did the cheque they sent bounce, I got charged 100$ from my bank for it bouncing, so 50$ to withdraw using check, 100$ bounce, and it’s a week later and they still haven’t added my money back to my account.. they said five business days and it’s been over that. What a nightmare, they do not want to pay out. I’m down 150$ in charges already and still don’t have my money.

Updating: it’s day 9 of waiting for my money back, I’ve contacted them many times and they still haven’t added the money back and are still “looking into it” made me send in bank statement showing the check bounce and a printed off copy from the bank of it bouncing, they said it would take 3 days to resolve, then 5 days, now they say within 48 hours.. so over two weeks to add a few hundred dollars back to my account, avoid like the plague

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I’ve been using them for awhile now. They never cancelled bets like others have claimed. I’ve always got my withdrawal requests. They give the best odds than any other book I have used before. It’s a great sportsbook.

Bookmaker stole $1,000 from my account and refuse to return it.
My "Do not accept any line changes." Button is always clicked, and after trying to place a bet at particular odds, the odds quickly changed twice... always I am asked if I still want to place the bet at the new odds. However, this time it did not ask me and just took the money at new odds.
After inquiring to get the bet voided, they refused and the bet lost and they took the money.
Fraud 101.

spent over 1100 on an esports game that was cancelled and replayed. Even though their rules state that replays cause the bet to be cancelled when you make a 'live bet" which i did, the bet was not cancelled it was graded a loss and they said it was graded correctly. this site is run by indian tech chat bots that dont understand english and will just say ok, ok ok when you chat with them only to copy paste the rules that they dont follow AVOID THIS POS SITE

This site is horrible, they cheat, grade wagers incorrectly and when you try to get them to correct it they claim they are correct. I even sent them screen shots of the final results from ESPN but they said that there is nothing they can do about it the review team has made a decision. Its ridiculous, they cheat and steal. Do not play with them.

Once you establish a relationship, things get better with BookMaker. Initially, my deposits were a bit slow to credit despite using BTC. Later, once I played with them for about ~6 months, things got better. You'll have to be proactive with any crypto withdrawals and be sure to use a cell number to verify each transaction. Also, understand that processing speed and final USD amount may depend on your crypto exchange site. Overall, a good book for sharper bettors if you don't mind a slow and steady process towards a long term relationship with them.

What a horrible site. No dates by games. No pitchers names for baseball games. Sites never stay on page and u have to relogin everytime u leave page. Plus they cheat and steal your money. A good example i wagered on agame that was 9/12 southern alabama and they won 87-10 but bookmaker took my money and said game didnt play in full. What a joke. Theft is what it is. Bad people

On July 11, 2024 I wanted to withdraw some funds. For withdrawal support asked me to send a photo for verification to e-mail control_bookmaker.eu
After verification they wrote me that I should send other photos to e-mail kyc_bookmaker.eu.
On July 14 I sent a photo, on July 16 I sent an additional photo that I was asked to take.
On July 17 I was asked to fill out a withdrawal form.
It's been over two weeks now, no response. I've emailed e-mail kyc_bookmaker.eu twice (last time on July 21), still no response. I wrote to e-mail cs_bookmaker.eu and cryptofees_bookmaker.eu, no response.
I was told several times in chat that I would be contacted, it's been over a week, I still haven't been contacted.
I have not received any additional information since July 17.
I want action to be taken to resolve my problem.

Of course, I have lost the equivalent of a couple of Ferrari's over the years but I never have to worry about being paid out. They process payouts in any amount within hours of your request. There is no where on the planet that processes faster payouts. You never have to worry about any complications with bookmaker.eu and your money is 100% safe.

Esta casa de apuesta primero te deja apostar, ganas y luego te retiene el dinero, llevo 5 meses esperando supuestamente que me verifiquen la cuenta y no lo hacen, el personal encargado de KYC no responde los correos, falta de seriedad por parte de esta casa, no la recomiendo, al parecer es una posible estafa o robo aunque si me verifican me retractare por ahora NO.
