Incorrect order refunded swiftly
I ordered from Books4people but made an error. I requested for the order to be cancelled so I could re order.
This was actioned swiftly and I have been very impressed with the service I received. I have now re ordered the correct items I wanted.

Miss-ordered - Superb customer service!
I ordered in error at 11pm on Saturday, realising the error the following day at 7am. Having ordered next day delivery I wasn’t very hopeful when emailing support that the order could be cancelled.
Within a couple of hours a member of staff email me and said they had managed to intercept the order just before dispatch. Great customer service!
I’m trying to use Amazon less these days and this store is definitely on my list as somewhere with great customer service and efficient order / dispatch!

I recently ordered from Books4People
I recently ordered from Books4People, and although the delivery driver initially messed up my order (third party/external company), the customer service team was fantastic. They replied very quickly, were extremely helpful and responsive, and immediately arranged for a replacement. The new order arrived at my house much faster than expected. Really impressed with how smoothly and professionally they handled the situation -great service overall! Would happily order from them again.

Unique Book Bundle from Legitimate Site
Smart bundling of two books I’d already been looking out for but now at a combined lower price - Same as Ever and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. £15 including shipping. Delivery time was normal and the books received were new as described - normal page thickness so not a cheap reprint or the like. I replied to their marketing email with feedback and someone actually responded!

Only paid for standard shipping and it arrived in 2 days! Better prices than Amazon, eBay, and other book shops too. The books were a little bent but it looked like the package had been squashed in transit, so not their fault. Will definitely be buying again!

Paid extra for fast delivery delivery…
Paid extra for fast delivery delivery 1/2 days. Courier failed to deliver this 3 times in a row and was delivered 5 days late. The company made absolutely no effect to rectify the situation nor could they even be bothered to finish writing their emails properly or professionally. Didn't look into where my delivery was at all and when I asked for a refund on my delivery charge they said they would process it and would be with me by the latest of the 11th. Now the 12th and no refund, no email to apologise that i haven't recieved it yet. Extremely unprofessional in their wording of their emails and complete lack of customer service. Will not purchase from them again.
