I needed help registering for Medicare, selecting plans, and trying to understand what I had to do and when in order to make the registration and selections happen. I worked with Tina Krutenat, without whom I would have been completely overwhelmed. She was a terrific source of info; replied to my emails and msgs promptly; and translated the Medicare registration process, plans, plan policies, pricing, etc. into terms I could understand. She was very personable and responsive to questions too. I felt very lucky to have both her help and access to Boomer Benefits.

Working with Jonathan Bowerman was such a positive and pleasant experience. I’m so grateful for his assistance in assuring my tests were approved and covered. The customer service he provided was amazing.

When Walmart told me it would be from 6 to 12 weeks before I could get my returned glasses credited to insurance, Boomer Benefits called United Healthcare directly and they called Walmart. Worked with Stephen Arellano and he was very informative and compared different plans with me with lower premiums but still with same plan offerings. He was professional and easy to talk with and listened to my questions and responded until he knew I was fully aware of the changes.

I have been working with Andrew Matthews at Boomer Benefits for close to a year and he is the best! He is amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable on the topic of Medicare & Healthcare Insurance. He has been able to put information in a manner in which I did not find confusing &/or daunting in a simple easy way to understand. He was able to suggest options appropriate for me objectively providing the pros and cons of each. Not once did he rush, push and/or talk down to me. It was truly refreshing to meet someone who made you feel comfortable and provide good customer service. I truly was all about me and what is best for me.
