I made an appointment with some pretty complicated issues and needed advice ASAP as I was on day 63 (the last day!) of choosing Part D drug coverage. I can't say enough about how helpful and patient Elisha was. She answered all the questions I could think of at the time, with some pretty convoluted particulars. She probably thought it was a test, as it was really a heavy lift, I thought, but she handled it all with ease. I would not hesitate to recommend Elisha or TheMedicareFamily.com for their (free!) services.

Liz Trevino did a terrific job of wañking us through the confusing process of signing us up for Medicare. Bright, friendly, knowledgeable and good humored, she made the whole thong a pleasure.

Janet made the process of signing up for medicare easy and painless. Considering that medicare is way more complicated than it should be, that is no easy task. She was able to answer all of my questions, and when she did not have the answer right away, she found it within a matter of seconds. And when I did not know the answer to a question that she asked me, she was also easily able to find the answer online.

My representative, Alex Mellinger, was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of Medicare, and ALL the nuances in-between. Appreciated him taking the time to make sure I understood the options for my specific circumstances.

I felt that he was sincere in wanting to provide this service....I didn't feel as if he was just checking off a box. I asked a slew of questions and he provided clear, understandable answers... even when answering several of them over and over!

I'm extremely thankful that I found this company and highly recommend them!!

So far I have been really impressed! Both Austin Hindes and Tim Smith were very helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of signing up for Medicare plans. Both sent follow up emails with useful information after our discussion - just like they said they would. The Medicare Family had agents who set clients up with a plan that meets their specific needs. The agents search plans and give multiple options for supplement plans, dental, eye, and Part D. I like that they review coverage every year. Also, the service costs $0.00; it is free. Did I mention it is free? They also do not promote one insurance company over another, which I found refreshing.
