Andrew has been fantastic with a brilliant personal service. I’ve had 3 separate orders and whilst a few plants suffered in the journey, there has been no hesitation with replacements. Absolutely recommend
Andrew was very helpful in putting together a design for two borders which are larger than the options on the website.
The order arrived promptly and all of the plants arrived in very good condition and well packed. A detailed plan was supplied for each border which made the process very easy.

Andrew replied promptly and helpfully to a query I had before ordering, and the plants arrived on the day (and even at the time specified by DFS!). They were very healthy and well packaged with a clear planting plan. Smaller than expected but they'll grow. I wonder if the gift of a trowel and secateurs is really necessary though, which is my only quibble; I suspect the vast majority of customers already have them. Imho, slightly larger plants would be better. But all in all it's an excellent service, highly recommended, and good value for money. I hope the company thrives as well as the plants!
I had three custom borders that I needed, Andrew was efficient and creative in design and responses. The plants all arrived in good condition, boxed and clearly denoted for the areas required. The plants are a little small but of course will grow in time. Great experience! I also reached out to a competitor at the same time and never even heard back from them, so I'd say a far better company than others out there...
Excellent service delivered on time and plants of a good quality
Plants arrived today and we are quite pleased. The grasses are smaller than expected but overall we are happy with the general plant condition. Very well wrapped and boxed to make sure they arrived in good order. If they grow to look anything like the Evergreen Design I think the border will look spectacular. Thank you.
