Great products stocked and good advice given
Very happy, second purchase in as many weeks. Bought a good few things in the last few years, use the Borough shop and combine with a visit to Borough Market. Skye is always helpful and gives great advice, which comes after listening and understanding my needs. The solution is honestly given and may not be the most expensive option.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I placed Order #643054 and, more than one week later, I still have no parcel and no clear update. Delivery was only attempted once and I was assured by customer service that it would arrive on Saturday — this did not happen.
The item was a gift and I ended up attending an important event without it due to the failed delivery and lack of follow-through. Communication has been poor and the situation remains unresolved. I expected much better service. My order never

Looking into this, I can see that DPD attempted to deliver the parcel to you, but unfortunately you were not in to receive this. Frustrating for us and yourself, DPD encountered some delays in getting the parcel sent back to us.
I can also see that you have had correspond with the team on Friday last week, and again this morning and we have received the parcel back and re-sent this to you on an expedited service. We are of course sorry if this communication has been poor and will only seek to improve upon this.

Thrilled with new pans

Truly excellent customer service!!
This is a great company with excellent customer service. They were so helpful with processing my return for an item which I purchased through a gift card and really went above and beyond to pick up the defunct item and send me a brand new one. Incredibly responsive, helpful, and all around high integrity customer service. Thanks to Nathan for helping me with my somewhat complicated return process.
