I can’t get this pan to behave
I can’t get this pan to behave. Everything sticks no matter what I do. I’ve looked on line and followed advice but still it sticks. It looks and feels great but I don’t think I will buy another one. This pan has beaten me 😢

Overall really like the range of products, was a bit upset when I had to pay for the return labels for a product I wanted to exchange. (The agents notified I can exchange in person without a fee in their shop). I had to return the product, and reorder a more expensive one (my choice) and had to pay for the shipping.

Superb customer service.
I ordered the item on a Saturday as a gift for someone. It was delivered on Sunday and I was kept informed of the delivery time.
I had an issue with the Paypal payment and Borough Kitchens replied to my query within minutes, even though the problem was not of their making.
Excellent customer service , I would use them again !

Really awful quality don't buy do not believe their score of 4.8 if they're emailing to ask to remove all the negative reviews?!
ASKED TO REMOVE 1 STAR REVIEW - DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM COMPANY. Original review "Really awful quality. I am tempted to complain to an ombudsman for false advertising. I ordered a bread bin for £65 plus postage and the quality was beyond appalling. Genuinely I would advise it is on parr with the least expensive item at IKEA. IKEA seems on parr / better, especially for the price. Returns cost £5 which is also annoying so I've paid over £70 for something which looks like it is £4 - max! Waste of time go elsewhere"
I was then privately emailed afterwards to say that they will refund me (of course, standard T&Cs) but will refund me £5 postage too (thank goodness hey!) but that they want me to take the review down. Therefore do not believe their score of 4.8 if they're emailing to ask to remove all the negative reviews?!

Firstly, we are sorry the quality of the bread bin was not as expected - we have given the feedback to the buying team.
I wanted to address your edit, and provide some clarity. When we received your unprompted 1 star review, we looked into the issue and it was noted that you simply emailed our customer service team asking to return the product, our returns policy was shared with you and you requested the DPD option and paid the returns fee.
There was no mention of quality issues, if there had been then we would of course addressed these and provided returns free of charge. When the team followed up with you, we outlined that and addressed the issue, we also asked that you amend your review to reflect the actual interaction, rather than a review that did not represent the full picture.
As a small business, our reviews are vital and we seek transparency from both our side and customers sides.

Staff at shop very kind and helpful. The lady explained everything about the products (Mauviel frying pans) in very clear terms and there was no sales pressure. Will certainly return to make future purchases. Very impressive set up.
