One star is way too much. After waiting for 2 months, I send a mail, asking where my goods where, the reply, " Do you have equivalent English word for your address? " Ok it's a danish address, but all they have to do, was to ship it to Denmark, then there would bee someone, who will understand the address.
I would'nt call it a "Goofy" firm, that would be an insult against Goofy !!!

Agree with all reviews logged thus far, don’t deal with this company. Have been waiting now since February and have received every excuse and still nothing. One star is even too good for them. Don’t buy from them.

Please refund me.

Ordered a dog training product from them early February that they did not ship until mid April. I advised them in early April before the item was shipped that I had moved late March and that should have been plenty of time to ship to the correct address since it shipped mid April. Horribly slow shipping and they really don't care if you did not receive the product. They make their money by stealing from the consumer and offer absolutely no satisfaction of any kind.

Ordered the Groomaroo product. 3 months later no product and no refund. A total ripoff. Disgusted

Purchased Anti barking device , received a piece of junk from China . Complained asked for return address to send back item. Reply was “have a nice day”. Do not purchase from this company.

Waited 3 months for a product promised in a few weeks. Many emails and excuses later I finally received. Found I could purchase from other vendors in the USA. This pet behavior product was made in China and shipped to consumer from China. Will NEVER order from an ad on Facebook again.

Worst piece of crap this company.
3 months since ordering from them and still not any signs of the delivery guy. And of course they charged me straight away.
It's not the money, I think I will survive the loss of 25$. It's the fact that they get away with this.

8 weeks later... nothing. Avoid.

I would give them ZERO stars if possible. Placed an order on 2/4/18 & as of today (4/16/18) have received NOTHING even though they charged my card the day the order was placed. Emailed them & was told product was defective, will send a free gift for your patience & that I should get everything in 4 - 6 weeks. Waited, emailed again & was told they were waiting for a tracking # & not to bother replying to email as they would let me know when it ships. That was on 3/21. Emailed a week later telling them if I did not receive shipping confirmation within 48hrs I was reporting them as frauds. Next day on my confirmation page I had a tracking # from China Post. Check the tracking # and all it says is "Posted". Will be contacting credit card company & reporting this fraud!

Still no product that I ordered on 2/14/18. Be very careful with this company. I told the to cancel the order on the 19th of March after waiting more than a month with no result. They will NOT answer their phone and nothing but excuses via email.

I ordered the beginning of February and not received my item. They also ignore my emails fraudsters!
