Das sind Betrüger. Die Firma verwendet auf eigenen Internetseiten Fotos mit schönen Waren die andere Firmen präsentieren und verkaufen. Von Romansche-Beauty bekommt man dann billigste und dem Foto gar nicht ähnliche Ware aus Polyester. Auf Beschwerden wird gar nicht reagiert, das Geld ist verloren. E-Mails werden ignoriert. BETRÜGER!!!!

A huge majority of the content on the website is either photoshopped or AI generated. No real product will look anything like the pic. Sorry, folks.

This company is a scam. Never received the item I ordered. I asked for a refund and they ignored that and just send emails saying "Be patient".

Total scam.

I was scammed by Saint Roman Clothing. I paid $22 for soap and package was tracked from vietnam and for 7 weeks I keep getting updates asking if I want to wait or get a refund. The company made a fraudulent purchase to my credit card and I had to close the account and get a new card. I'm sick of getting ripped off shopping online.

The item advertised is not the same quality as the item you will receive. I ordered what appeared from the advert a warm knitted coat. What I received was a cheap printed cotton item which you could buy at a market stall for £10 to ,£15. Don't but my from this company you will be very disappointed if you do.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
EASEROAM (also trading as ROMANSHE) is not a company I would recommend. The very least they could do is be honest about the quality of their materials and the extremely long wait times for delivery—if the items arrive at all.

I ordered some clothing seven weeks ago, before checking any reviews, and I still haven’t received a thing. I’ve sent them three emails; they only responded to the first, claiming the delay was due to “high demand”.

Ironically, that’s the only part I actually believe.
Plenty of people are buying from them with no idea about how little integrity this company seems to have.

I ordered 2 beautiful "bulky knitted with embroidery accents" hooded sweaters from Romanshe. The models in the photos are definitely wearing actual knitted sweaters. What I received are ugly polyester cardigans with a print transferred onto them! There is no embroidery, no actual knitted materials at all. They aren't even bulky! I'm not even sure if they would keep me warm. Do not order anything from this company. You will just waste your money if you do.

Facebook doesn't care who advertises on their platform, they fail to carry out checks.

A foto e o título que mostram no site não tem nada a ver com o artigo enviado. Produto extremamente caro para a porcaria que remetem.
Tendo manifestado vontade de devolver o artigo, a resposta que me foi dada, foi a de que me sairia muito caro porque teria de o fazer para a China. Como compensação oferecem 10% de desconto na próxima encomenda.
Próxima encomenda??? É preciso ter lata e descaramento!

Placed and canceled an order 1/9/2024.... Still waiting on a refund, they claim the account was frozen but they are still taking orders.

I placed an order (before reading the reviews) and instantly canceled the order. Refunds are supposed to be given within 24 hours (I think). I contacted them just minutes after ordering to cancel them and they waited 4 days to contact me and then told me I would have to pay a "restocking" fee. I got most of my money back, but should have received ALL of it. I can't believe they are allowed to do business on FB, does anyone regulate the companies advertising on there??

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Because of the great description and photographs of KNITTED CARDIGANS, I ordered not one! but two. What a HORRIBLE DISAPPOINTMENT. They are not knitted, it is cheap cloth, printed to look knitted. The sizes are wrong (too small), the cut of the armholes are too small and the buttons are on the wrong side (the cardigans are clearly for a woman but the buttons are on the side that a man wears.) Nasty. If I could give minus stars I would. They don't have a review panel and for good reason.

Total liars I ordered a sweater and got what looked like a sweatshirt.Thinner and not as pretty..Not at all like the picture..Fraud.

same as others..."cardigan sweater" was basically a print on cheap sweatshirt material. crap.

I ordered a knitting wear cardigan. Very nice to look at. The disappointment was really great! The "knitting" turned out to be a very thin worked material - not even told what, and no knitting. The size I choose was twice my size, what was sent was smaller then mine. The sewing (instead of knitting) was horrible. Used bluethread, garn at the edge of the hood might have been sold out on half the way, so they swapped to white thread. Alltogether less then one point.

The product I bought 12/11/2024. Has not arrived tracking states in transit what are they using a slow boat from China? Can't find any way to connect Romanshe directly I will never use this company again

Sent me the wrong size. Ordered a 2x and was sent a small. How do I send it back and get the right size? Material is not what I was expecting.

I ordered socks and got boot cuffs, oh well they are nice and will possibly come in useful, although they insist they are socks. No toes!!!! A t-shirt (very funny) didn't arrive, fingerless gloves, didn't arrive, and 2 fleecy cardigans. Very pretty, sent them off for Christmas presents to Aunts.

The goods that didn't arrive, I complained about, they wanted the packaging, in the bin, sorry. Then they wanted a picture of what did arrive, why?? posted to Auntie, sorry.

Ended up complaining to Paypal - I always use Paypal for China - and they refunded, so far so good.

Auntie has just phoned up, thank you for the cardigan but the buttons are on the wrong side????? Rang other Auntie and hers too were on the wrong side. And they are floral so no way meant for men. So now they have to find someone locally to take off buttons, sew them over button holes and then make new button holes on the right side.

Never again will I be using this company. They just don't give a damn.

Furthermore, at the time of ordering, they tried to tell me that I had left things in my cart and I should go through checkout again, I checked, and I had paid, nothing in the cart except what I had paid for. Good old Paypal.
