Ordered lovely looking knitted jacket, but cheap and nasty sweatshirt received. Sent several emails asking for refund, but same reply each time. "Please send photos of items and we will pass to appropriate department"
Totally rubbish company.

The product is not what was advertised; it is cheap rubbish that was sent instead of the 'classy, cozy knit cardigan' product I saw in the advertisement. Worst product I have ever received at an exorbitant price, 1000 % overpriced and horrible product sent.

I wish I could give negative stars! NOTHING I order remotely looked like it did on the website. Free returns my ___! I have to pay to ship the return to CHINA! I received my order from NEW YORK! They offered me a 10% discount to save me shipping costs. I feel SO stupid! I thought, for sure, I was dealing with a US company. I asked for the address in China, I’ll bet I don’t hear another word.

Ordered a knitted cardigan on 12th Oct received a poorly printed sweatshirt which I would never wear , also 3 pairs of socks, received 2 pairs this was sadly a big disappointment for me as I was looking forward to getting the beautiful cardigan they had advertised

Total Con. Don't believe anything they say. Fake photos. Not as described.

Utter rubbish, bought this as a gift for my wife but the quality is just so unbelievably bad it went straight into the trash. Offed me a £21.00 refund for a item purchased at £38.00 so basically stealing £17.00 for doing absolutely nothing, A great way to scam money. from people. DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT! buy from this site, Romanshe you are a disgrace.

I was just about ready to order a bunch of sweaters from these people as I have ordered from a couple of other stores online and was totally satisfied with the products and prices, although they were somewhat slow. I ma so glad I read the reviews before I put in my information because I don't have the time or money to fight someone to do the right things as far as merchandise is concerned. It taught me a very good lesson though, always read with reviews and you will never go wrong if you want a product that stands up to the advertising. Thank all the reviewers for taking the time to let us know the real deal here.

Do not believe any review on here higher than 1 star. This company is a complete scam. My mother ordered clothing believing she would receive knitted cardigans and jumpers, what arrived was screen printed, thin material that looked nothing like the pictures on the website. There was also an item missing, so I contacted customer service (if you can call it that) who maintained the item was shipped in the parcel and must have 'leaked' out of the side. The parcel was intact upon arrival, no signs of tampering or damage. It must not have been included in the first place. When reading other reviews, this is not the first occasion and I suspect they do this on purpose.

I requested a refund, as the items received were nothing like clothing advertised on the website and would not be worn. The customer service offered a discount to be used by either us or friends, which as the emails went on increased to a maximum discount of 30% they could offer on a future order. What an absolute joke. Please PLEASE avoid this 'company' at all costs. They will have no problem taking your money to then send you cheap tat! Absolutely disgusted that companies like this are getting away with this - criminal!

Nice picture of what looked like knitted cardigan.wgen arrived was thin flannelette with print on.i doubt they will respond to my request for refund.con AVOID AT ALL COST

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I don't even want to give it one star. As said by other people the product isn't as shown, I order knitted cardigan, it wasn't even made of wool. It was the lowest quality I have ever seen. It also arrived with a massive hole in the pocket. I tried to return, as their return policy states you can if the product is damaged and that they will refund. They refused to supply the return label saying it cost too much to return to China, and they refused to refund my money. There have been many e mails over the last weeks. I requested details of management and again they refused. I was even told thtat their bank account had been frozen. This company is a real big con.

I ordered three sweaters and none of them are what they advertised in the description or picture. When I asked how to return them, they never replied.
It's a complete scam!

I paid for 4 hand knitted cardigans in different colours as advertised on Facebook. I waited for 1 month sending numerous emails to the company asking when would they arrive. They eventually arrived but were not knitted wool. They were different colours good to size but had a printed design of knitting on the cotton type material. Not as shown on Facebook so fraudulently they have taken £100 off of me and sent me 4 items that I do not need.

Ordered 2 lovely looking chunky knit cardigans. Oh my goodness I wished I'd read reviews first. Just printed on nasty fabric. I got nowhere with them for a return or refund. So fortunately PayPal opened a dispute and refunded me. Do not order from this company.

This company are the biggest load of 💩💩💩💩 - like everyone else I wish I had read the reviews on here and also checked Romanshe Facebook page. Ordered two absolutely gorgeous looking cardigans to help through the winter months and instead of receiving two cardigans I received a printed nylon one on the most disgusting fabric imaginable, offered me 10%, then 30%, then 40% or pay for return myself. Even with tracking I think this would just disappear into a black hole. second cardigan never arrived and won’t refund it - then they had the nerve to say ‘we wish you a Happy Life’ ! I wish I could rate them less than one star. No way you can win with the lowlife scumbags.

This company sent me the wrong item completely and asked me to pay for it to be returned and said that refund me 10% and keep the incorrect item which is a horrible sweatshirt cardigan.
That seems so unfair and I’m so upset. The cardigan I ordered looked lovely. I do t know what I can do as they are refusing to help me.

I got suckered too!! The items look very good, but when I received my jacket, it was nothing like the picture at all !!! They also offered me 30% off my next order. Like I would order anything from them ever. I can't return it either!!!!

Thought this was a knitted item...it isn't. Not as described. Just nylon material...very disappointed.

The two items ordered were described as knitted. The photos definitely show a model wearing a knitted garment. The two i recieved were made from an awful cheap nylon type material . Would not order from them again

I ordered a beautiful bee knitted sweater. Took over 3 weeks & I had to keep asking where was it. IT came, a piece of crap. No knitted sweater. It was even painted on bees. They've offered me a 10% off. I'm going to put it on facebook & I told them that. I'm sick, it was for my daughter.

What I received is NOT what was pictured. The photo of the jacket looked like knitted material but what I got was a very cheap fleece fabric. Tried to return it with them covering the postage but they refused and offered a refund at about 1/2 of what it actually cost me. I took the partial refund because sending it back to China would have cost more than what they didn't refund me. Giving it away because it was also about 3 sizes too small, can't wear it. VERY dissatisfied with the jacket, looks good in the pictures but in reality is a piece of crap in my opinion.
