I had an issue with dye transfer on my black Ultimate tracksuit, and Ruby from customer service was amazing. She responded quickly, explained exactly what had happened, and offered really fair solutions straight away. The whole process was handled so professionally and kindly. I Absolutly love the material and length of leggings however I only wore them once and the white writing on the back is half gone just fell off and havnt even been washed. Delivery took a little longer than expected but

I can honestly say this company, the quality and the customer service are 10/10. I highly recommend. The shipping is so fast, I had a question, popped them an email and within an hour I had a response and had my query resolved within no time. I spoke with ruby and she was amazing to deal with. She was super friendly. I love that it doesn’t feel like you are speaking to a bot or a really official person and you don’t have to wait days between replies, it’s a reply within a few hours and it’s almost like emailing somebody you know and it gives super friendly vibes, you can also reach out to them on social media and they get back really quickly too. I don’t feel like I’m annoying somebody with a query because responses are so friendly and down to earth and ruby couldn’t have done enough to help. I hear a lot about the price of the clothes but in my opinion you do pay for what you get and there are other brands charging more for less quality.. these wash so well and they really do last so I’d rather pay that price once than pay less 10 times replacing items. This brand is tall girl friendly which I love because I have never been able to get tracksuits that fit me properly and are still feminine because I’m a tall girlie so I love this!! Overall I can’t recommend enough.. 5 stars from me. Thanks for your help Ruby!!

The bound apparel team are the best in the business! Last week I experienced a delivery problem with my bound parcel where it was delivered to the wrong address, which was of course so disappointing:(. I got in contact with bound to see if there was anything they could do (even though this was no fault of theirs it was a delivery issue!) and they could not have been more helpful. Ruby was an absolute gem to deal with, she helped me out immediately by sending me out another order, what I originally ordered had sold out so she let me choose another product from the website and sent it out along with a surprise product 😭🩷. I can not express my gratitude enough for all of Ruby’s help in making this stress free and how kind she was to me. Thank you !

Honestly, the Bound team couldn’t have been anymore helpful in helping to resolve my issues. Ruby, especially, is who I dealt with and she was so lovely and understanding. Seamless experience from start to finish. I got my hands on the black tracksuit that sold out in minutes so I was over the moon. I was nervous as I was getting it shipped to Australia but it arrived within a week which was ideal! Will definitely be ordering again☺️
