Sizing
Like a lot of garment makers, Bown assume everybody is 6’ + with arms to match so even in a small or medium size you still get a dressing gown too long in the arms and in length of gown. Height should be considered not just chest measurement. However, well made and nice materials.

I belived the negative reviews even…
I belived the negative reviews even though the positive outnumbered these.
Why I believed them and they were verified buyers.
The had unique case by case issues that not all purchases were.
But since buying the item and looking it over and also looking at the negative reviews, I saw that I did not have those same issues. So all in all I got mailed a great jacket. No tears or over sewn lines for the fabric.
I am good and happy.
I didn’t know I wanted one until a few weeks ago. But it took a few weeks of researching letting it sit settle in.
I asked of course my boss if I could get it, she said no I took a few more weeks, but I finally came around and pulled the trigger, but I also bought her one also to appease her bought a robe bath towel.
All in all it was a good purchase good receipt. It came in its white bag satin bag pretty neat. I washed hers. Hers was good. I’m overlooking mine how to wash it right now. I’m wearing it but when it comes out to washing it, I will review what I need to do to wash it properly.

My summer weight robe is perfect

Made in China for that price?
At the price and with a name like …of London, I expected something much better made. The quality was unacceptable. I could buy this kind of Made in China pyjama on Amazon for a fifth of the price. I gave the pyjama to the salvation army.

I am so sorry to read this review. I have checked on the shipping and the robe was shipped on time. It was send via UPS Ground which would usually take around 4 to 5 days to where you live. I can see it took a bit longer and will investigate why this happened.
