Ordering was so easy and my Mum was so happy with her gift. It’s great knowing that I can send a beautiful gift to my Mum while living so far away in Australia. The delivery was so quick, they sent me emails telling me when it was out for delivery and they actually delivered it before the estimated date.

I live in the US and was wanting to send a special pick-me-up gift for a friend in Warrington (UK) and I found this site. It was perfect! I was able to build a totally customized box for her and I loved that they constantly kept me in the loop about the status of the package and when it was available to be picked up. Most important - my friend loved it. Would highly recommend.

Hi,
I ordered a box of small treats for a friend who is housebound . On Thursday the DPD driver arrived at hers but then couldn’t find the delivery in the van. Friday they messaged to say they were delivering but didn’t ring her bell and then sent the missed delivery note as per picture below .
It said she will have to collect from the local post office but it hadn’t even arrived there yet .She couldn’t go out and would have struggles to collect from the post office! Eventually a friend collected it for her on Saturday.
I am really disappointed with this service.

I live in the US and was ordering a gift for someone who recently moved to England. Your site had just the type of gift that I needed. Before ordering I sent an email to make sure that a US credit card would be accepted - yes!
The delivery was remarkable. As no one was home at the time, the gift was delivered to another home…. I received an e-mail that gave me the delivery address plus the name of the people who lived there (which I shared with the giftee)!
She was delighted to receive the tea and goodies.
