As always lots of choices on the website which is easy to navigate. Great gifts to suit everyone's choices and budgets. Quick communication of order confirmed and send by date. Kept me informed right up to point of delivery. My sister loved her birthday box of treats :) As I live in New Zealand, it is so good that I know I can rely on Box of Hugs to provide a lovely gift and communicate so efficiently.

The box contained great quality products that were very appreciated by the receiver, a truly box of hugs

It was a great experience with Box of Hugs London

The ordering process was easy but the delivery process proved complicated - it wasn’t delivered on my chosen date and despite my friend contacting the delivery company and leaving instructions if she was out - they ignored her instructions as to where to leave the parcel. The parcel ended up at the post office and she therefore received her present a whole week after her birthday - very disappointing 😞

I love the idea of what you’re doing. I was disappointed however, as my lovely friend who has broken her ankle had no fudge in her box when it arrived. I specifically added it as it’s her fave. The parcel also took rather longer than anticipated to arrive. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, just constructive feedback. Keep up the good work of your fabulous idea but please remember to pack the add-ons! 🤗

I have ordered maybe 5 or 6 Boxes of Hugs over the last few years as I live in Western Australia, with family in the UK, so has been easier to send from a British online company. Every single one has been received with as much love as was put into choosing each individual gift to go inside (and it takes me ages to choose!). There is now even more choice than before and they are all really great quality gifts whether its food or drink, or puzzles and socks.

100% recommend ordering these as gifts and maybe a little sneaky one for yourself!
