Lovely selection of gifts to put in my own gift box..On line ordering was easy to use & Super quality & delivered on time.
Have used Box of Hugs a few times for gift giving & the person receiving the box has loved them.

I love this company. The concept and the products are wonderful, and I'll definitely be using them again. It's so much better than sending flowers, which only die. This is a far more meaningful gift. I love the name "Boxes of Hugs" too, such a great concept. I've had no issues with the delivery of the two boxes I've sent.

I really liked your website and shopping experience was smooth, and I loved the idea that I could tailor my own gifts. Delivery exactly as it should be too! I didn’t see the product when it was delivered as it was a present for someone and sent straight to them. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I think there should be more choice of products, but you should be proud of your business! :)

Edit: I forgot to add that it would be super helpful if you could implement a way to remove products with selected allergens, like you can for a supermarket or restaurant menu. Also, I noticed some allergens were not in bold which made it time consuming to read through everything. I hope this is helpful for you! :)

I have used Box of Hugs on three occasions and the service and friendliness was consistent all the way through the ordering process on each occasion with excellent communication at every step. I ordered this as a present for my mum in the UK as I live in Australia and am very happy with it. I was able to choose the products to go into the box and there was so much to choose from. It arrived quickly and she was really happy with it. The fudge and the marmalade have been a favourite! Will definitely order again for other occasions as it felt very personal although I am the other side of the world and I can change it up each time!
