I've used several auction sites but this one is by far the best I've used. Nothing is too much trouble, the communication from them is top dollar as is their prices. Would highly recommend them.

Office and warehouse staff both friendly and helpful. The delivery service from Wakefield is organised by BPI staff and economic. Both the above is not case for all auction companies.

I had a few issues trying to get my account opened. I had, had a few medical issues and was striving to get back into the business world. Ms Katherine Lawson went the extra mile to help me and now I am looking to relocate and get back into the business world and form a business relationship of mutual benefit with bpi for all the help that they have given me, politely, respectfully, and professionally.

Polite and prompt service very happy with the speedy service

Car was supposed to have full service history which wasn't true . Was supposed to run and drive which it didn't and when I got a new battery for it , it turned out its going to cost me the same as what I bought it for to actually use the car . Needs a new clutch and flywheel and supposed to run and drive ?. I complained and got a paltry £360 back . Either that or they wanted me to pay to have car uplifted and returned . Only interested in keeping their clients happy will never buy anything from them again charlatans

I called BPi today for information with a current auction, that I was interested in a particular lot. Your associate Claire Allen was very helpful to the point of physically going to find her shipping colleague to let me know the cost of shipping of the lot if won to verify the overall cost.
Much appreciated Claire...I got the lot I wanted.

Had trouble logging on phoned BPI they answered straight away , i spoke to a lovely girl call Jo Peterson and she sorted the problem then and there from her side , great customer service

Good aftersales service. Hadnt used this type of auction before, so frustrating that the finish time kept moving!
Very helpful for aftersales care when we were struggling to get hold of the vendor for collection. Would recommend.

Although I haven't bought any assets through Bpi yet I have found them to be extremely helpful, informative and responsive.
Claire has responded to some questions I had about some lots and although she couldn't answer the questions herself she found out the information for me.
It's very refreshing to actually get a response from a company rather than the now common automated replies you get.
I hope to buy through Bpi but just thought I'd show my appreciation for how they have helped so far.
